Make-A-Wish: Connor

"When I first saw you, I was on the hospital bed coming out of surgery. I was surfing the web and I saw you. I watched your video and I was hooked right then. That was a rough year for me and my family. When I got better I worked my butt off learning magic. After a year or so I was performing tricks for my English class every Friday after that my principal asked me if I wanted to do a stage show. I’ve learned from watching MINDFREAK 24/7 that you’re not only just a great illusionist, and performer. You’re also a very nice person. I hope someday I’ll see you again. You don’t know how much I want to thank you.”

“It was amazing watching your show and being able to talk to you! Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for everyone especially Connor. My 16th B-day party is raising money for Make-A-Wish. Thanks for your generous donation! I will write you again after the party to tell you how well I did. Thank you again so much! I Love You.

“We cannot thank you enough for making Connor’s wish come true. We had the best time watching your show and meeting you was just over the top for all of us. When I took my youngest son Tanner to Boston Children’s last year for heart surgery, Connor [was] here at home with my sister and had a cardiac arrest (symptoms of his syndrome). Dr’s at Boston would not allow us to leave the hospital so I spoke on the phone to Connor in his ICU bed… He was sad and scared. Then he started watching your videos and telling me about what you could do. By the morning when his electro physiologist called, Connor was calm and happy and doing tricks for the hospital staff. You helped us through a very difficult night and you didn’t even know us. He started watching your videos and telling me about what you could do. When the Doctors could not give Connor hope you did. I can never thank you enough for that.”

“Through all of the things I’ve been through, magic gave me hope for another day. I can still remember waking up, my mom at my side and looking at the T.V. I couldn’t believe my eyes. There you were being lit on fire, walking through the streets while all the people stared. After that moment, magic became my life! Words are unable to express my thanks, you’ve inspired me so much.”
