I'll never another birthday, or a Christmas, or a prom, I'll never be a normal kid, they said I'd die young. Through all the things I've been through, magic gave me hope for another day. Another way to find my real trail home. My home is my stage where children clap and adults are amazed. My house is a place where my meager appearance throws you into a craze. That hospital bed was cold and alone but my dreams filled me with thoughts of a curtain like home. A home where scraps of paper turn to flamboyant cards, and all the printers are only able to print P.R.I can still remember waking up, my mom at my bed side and looking at the T.V. I couldn't believe my eyes. There you were being lit in fire, walking through the streets while all the people stared. After that moment magic became my life! I dreamt of a chance to get away, but who would've thought you'd lead the way? A simple magic -man with a lasting impression. No sanity or meaning to the eye. I don't know how or what I saw, but you brought out the emotion that made me want to cry. Not in sadness or in pain like I had long had been through, but in inspiration that got me to good health, and now it's brought me to you! Words are unable to express my thanks, you've inspired me so much. I don't know how I could ever repay you. I'll tell you a little secret, a little prayer I made up a long time ago when all I felt was pain, I asked God to inspire me. I said “Give me a reason to breathe!" That night I dreamt of cards, birds, a single stage. There you stood, through it all and said “Stand strong and you'll never fall ". As you turned to leave, I started to break down. "But what am I supposed to do?" I asked. "What purpose could I possibly have now?" You turned back, your movements spherical, and told me "perform your best miracle!" I awoke with a tug and a cry. I lived through another surgery, they didn’t think I’d survive. I made a wish to set in motion. Through those next few years I made sure to stand strong so I would never fall.
