Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Las Vegas illusionist Criss Angel is known for walking on water, being impaled by beams, and presenting shows full of spectacle and drama.
Angel recently performed a daring and dangerous stunt while suspended above a swamp full of alligators.
Covered in blood and with his neck, hands and feet shackled, Angel walked a tightrope over a gator pit.
The stunt was called the "Trapeze Alligator Escape," a stunt that Houdini could never do.
First, Angel had to unshackles his neck and hands. Next, had to free his feet before falling into the pit.
The question is -- why? Good Morning America will have the answer today following Good Morning Las Vegas.
