Back at the bakery my father was cleaning up as my aunt came in. "I'm surprise you're not at the hospital waiting to see what Antonia has"she said. "Carol do you think I'm being too hard on Antonia and Criss?" he asked. "Why would you think that?" as my uncle put down his broom. "It's something Antonia said that the only she wanted from me was to be there for her when that baby comes" Dennis replied. "Why don't you go down to the hospital and be there for Antonia and that baby your grandchild"she suggested. My father smiled as he grabbed his jacket and left. At the hospital Criss decided to stretch his legs while I rested. He walked out into the waiting room where his mom, my grandmother, and uncle were there asleep. Criss pulled up the coat over his mom and gave her a kiss. While Criss walked around my father came in and saw me asleep. My father walked in and heard the baby's heart beeping. He sat next to me and just touched my cheek as I woke up.

When I saw my father I was kind of shock. "Daddy what are you doing here?" I asked sitting up. "I thought I'd fullfil your wish by being here for you and your child,". taking my hand. "I also want to say I'm sorry for treating you and Criss the way I did. I guess I felt like I was losing my little girl and I didn't want to" he replied as tears fell down his face. "Daddy you're never going to lose me you're much as apart of me as this little baby is to me. I'm just glad you're here" I stated smiling. My father gave me a hug as Criss just stood outside smiling. Thanks dad Criss thought as he went to the waiting room. After he left the nurse walked in. "Let see if it's time to have this baby"she said. She checked me and found out the baby was ready to come. "I'll go get the doctor" she stated. "Oh god I can't believe it"I said a little nervous. "I'll go find the father"my father remarked. "Just hurry up I don't want Criss or you to miss it"I replied. Criss went to the lobby as his mother and my grandmother woke up. "Is it time?" Dimira asked. "I don't know I thought I'd let Antonia rest for a while" Criss remarked. Then my father came out which surprised everyone. "Dennis what are you doing here trying to get Antonia-". "No the baby's coming come on". Everyone got up and went in.

I felt like I was in a circus with all the people in there: the doctor, nurses, my grandmother, my uncle, Criss's mom, Criss and my dad. "You know what it's a little crowded in here I just want the father and the mother right now!"the doctor decided. "We'll be outside waiting Antonia"my grandmother stated giving me a kiss. "I'll go with them" my father said but I didn't want to let go of my dad's hand. With out warning Criss looked a little white. His mother saw it and caught him as he passed out. "Christopher!!!" as they put him on the floor. The nurse got some smelling salt and Criss came to. "You all right?"I asked as Criss got up. "I don't know what happened I started to feel light headed than everything went black"he replied. "Criss if you want to I'll stay with Antonia if you think you're going to pass out again"my father offered. "Do you mind Antonia I just don't want to faint again"Criss said honestly. "It's all right I just don't want you in the hospital with a concussion or worse splitting your head open like a watermelon"I replied. Criss gave me a kiss and went outside with his mother.

When my grandmother saw Criss coming out she asked why he was coming out. "I blacked out and Antonia didn't want me to fall down again and split my head open so her father is in there with her instead" Criss admitted blushing a little. "I'm just happy that Antonia's father decided to come to his senses"my grandmother stated. "All right now what do you think we got coming?"my uncle inquired. "I say girl"my grandmother said. "I'm with you on that Wilma"my uncle replied. "I'm betting on boy" Dimitra stated. "This coming from a woman who has three of her own" as everyone chuckled. "I'm with my mom I think I got a son coming" Criss remarked. A few minutes later a baby's cry filled the hall and my father walked out. "So what is it a little boy?" Criss asked. "Or a girl?"my grandmother added.

"Congratulation it's a boy!!"he declared. Criss hugged his mother as my uncle hugged my grandmother. "Συγχαρητήρια ο άγγελός μου" (Congratulations my angel) Dimitra said to Criss. "Why don't you go in there and see your figlio" (son in Italian) my father told Criss. He went over to my father and thanked him for standing in for him. When Criss walked in he saw me holding the baby. "Hey" he stated walking over. Criss gave me a kiss as he sat on the bed. "I can't believe he's here" as tears fell down my face. "He has your fingers" Criss said. "But he has his father's eyes" as I gave him to Criss. "Well what do you think we should name this angel" Criss asked. "How about John Dennis named after both his grandfathers"I suggested. "How about Dennis John instead it sounds better" Criss said. "Yea it does sound better what do you think Dennis?". The baby just burped and Criss and I laughed. Back in Las Vegas JD and Costa were talking.

"So what do you think of Criss asking Antonia to move here once that kid comes" JD asked. "Well we've got two weeks to talk him out it"Costa stated. The phone rang and JD saw it was mom. "Yea mom what's up?". "I thought you would like to know that Antonia had the baby Christopher has a son named Dennis John" she stated. "Thanks mom I'll tell Costa give Criss our love" and he hung up. "You don't look happy?"Costa remarked. "The Sarantakos early baby gene hit Antonia had the baby a little boy named Dennis John"JD replied ready to swear.

The next day at the bakery my grandmother told everyone about the arrival of Dennis which made everyone happy as can be. My father even made cookies that looked like cigars and passed them out to everyone which made people laugh. At the hospital I was sleeping while Criss was on the phone with his manager. "Yea seven pounds six onces born at 5:44 in the morning. I'm on cloud nine right now. Yea I'll get some sleep you sound like my mother Dave" and hung up as he rubbed his eyes. "Criss go back to your mom's house and get some sleep before you crash"my grandmother suggested. "Yea I'm starting to feel like I'm about to. When Antonia wakes up tell (yawn) her I'll be back later"Criss replied.

"Do me a favor Criss give me your car keys you're taking a cab home"my grandmother stated. "I swear you've been friends with mother too long"Criss joked as he gave her the keys. "Thank you I'll see you later in the day maybe" as Criss went to the elevator. When Criss finally got back to the house he saw two more cars in the driveway. Criss got out paid the guy and walked in. He opened the door and saw JD and Costa in the living room. "What are you guys doing here?" he asked. "We thought we'd come to see the new addition to the family". "That's good but right now my battery is running on empty so I need some sleep so I'll talk to you guys later" Criss stated and walked up the stairs. At the hospital I was feeding Dennis when a knock came to the door. "Hold on please" I asked as I grabbed a cloth. I put it over me and told the people to come in. "Sorry to disturb you but we just had to see the baby"my aunt Carol remarked. "Just give me a second" as I burped him. "Sound like his grandfather" My aunt Rosa stated as I smiled. I gave my aunt Carol the baby as I fixed myself. "What's his name?"she asked. "Dennis John"I replied. "Well hello there Dennis welcome to the family".

"He is soo adorable look at those hazel eyes"my aunt Rosa said. "And his toes makes me want to have another one" my aunt Carol remarked. "I heard you almost broke Criss's hand when the contractions hit". "Yea thank good for epidurals"I stated. "Believe me your uncle Johnny kissed the guy who gave me an epidural saying he saved him from being punched out or worse" All of a sudden I looked sad. "Antonia what's wrong?"aunt Carol inquired. "I'm nervous about Criss's brothers they weren't too thrilled about me and my pregancy. They hid those letters I sent to Criss about the baby if Criss's cousin didn't need a pen Criss might of not known about Dennis"I stated. "Don't worry sweetie if your father can change his mind than so can his brothers" she replied as I started to feel a little better. "All right say cheese"my aunt Rosa remarked. "Cheese" we said as the camera's flash went off.

When Criss finally woke up and got cleaned up he saw JD and Costa were still there. "Hey guys where's mom?"he asked. "Went to see the baby. Criss I have to ask do you think that baby is yours"Costa inquired. "I swear you guys aren't going to let this go. I know this baby is mine. It has my eyes" Criss replied going into the kitchen. "Maybe we should look into a DNA test"JD suggested following Criss. "You guys are going to drive me insane. Look I don't give a flying you know what about what you guys thinks. Dennis is my son and when I go back to the hospital I'm going to ask Antonia to move to Nevada". At the hospital Dimitra was holding Dennis. "He's so cute reminds me of when Christopher was this age" she remarked smiling. "How are JD and Costa handling that the baby's here?",I asked. Dimitra didn't say. "Still the same maybe I should let my father talk to them" as Dimitra snickered. "I swear Antonia John is looking down at this little baby and smiling". "Mom you took the words out of my mouth". Dimitra looked up and saw Criss. "Hello there Christopher" she said as Criss gave her a kiss.

"Hey sweetie" giving me a kiss. "Well I should get going here you go dad" Dimitra remarked which made Criss chuckle as she gave Dennis to him. "Bye Dimitra" I said. "So they're letting you out tomorrow". "Yea my grandmother has the room all set for Dennis". "Antonia there's something I want to ask you?" he asked. "What's that Criss?". Before he could say anything the doctor came in. "Hello Criss Antonia how's Dennis?"he asked. "He's good he's got his father's appettie" I joked. "Criss why don't you bring Dennis out into the hall I just want to check his eyes and the lights in here are terrible"The Doctor suggested. "Sure" and they went outside. "I didn't want to say anything infront of Antonia but I got this court order asking for a DNA test to prove that your the father of Dennis" showing Criss. He saw it was ordered by JD and Costa.

Those mother Criss thought. "You know what hold off on the test I've got two guys that need their heads looked at". "All right" and the doctor left as Criss came back in with the baby. "Is everything all right?"I asked a little worried. "Everything's good he's a healthy little newborn. Antonia I have to finish up something at the house so I'll see you and Dennis later" giving me the baby. "All right" and Criss left. When he got back to the house his mother was making dinner. "Mom have you seen JD or Costa?"he asked. She turned around and saw the look on Criss's face. "What's wrong you look like you're ready to kill them"she replied. "I'm about to they went and got a court order to do a DNA test on Dennis to make sure he's mine"Criss said trying to keep his temper under control. "Are you serious?" she asked surprised. "Yes and they ruined what I was going to ask Antonia" he replied sitting down. "What's that?" she inquired sitting down. "I'm going to ask Antonia to move to Las Vegas and live with me at Serenity"Criss stated ready to pull out his hair. "Oh Christopher I think it's my turn to deal with your brothers and see if I can get them to drop this αηδίες" (nonsense) his mother remarked. "Thanks mom what would I do with out you" as he gave his mom a kiss. Dimitra picked up the phone and called JD.

"Yea mom what can I do for you?" he asked when he answered the phone. "I need you at the house and bring Costa with you please"she remarked. "All right mom" and hung up. JD and Costa read the letter and realized they were actting like ηλίθιοι (idiots). "All right mom we'll leave Criss and Antonia alone and drop the DNA test". "That's all I wanted"she replied and left the room.

On the stairs Criss had listened in. "I think they knew you were angry to do the whole conversation in Greek mom"Criss said to his mom. "Whenever I was angry at one of you what did I do?"she inquired. "Spoke in Greek you did that with dad too when you didn't want me, JD or Costa to know what you're fighting about" Criss remembered. "Why don't you go back to the hospital and ask Antonia what you were going to ask her" and gave Criss a kiss.

When Criss got back to the hospital my father was visiting. "Oh I'm sorry I'll come back later"Criss stated when he saw my father. "No please come in Christopher I wanted to talk to both of you"he remarked. Criss walked in and sat on the bed. "I wanted to say that I'm just so happy to finally see what I wasn't seeing the love you have for each other and I've talked to the priest at our church and he said that he'd be willing to do your wedding"Dennis said Criss and I looked at each other "That's all nice dad but Criss and I aren't getting married just yet" I remarked. "But Antonia you can't be unmarried with a baby it's frowned on in our family"he said. "Dad I'm not ready to get married and I know Criss isn't since he's been married once all ready"I replied. "Wait a minute you've been married before?"my father asked Criss in shock. "Yes but we've been divorced for a while now"Criss replied. My father looked like he was about to lose his mind. "Dad don't tell me you thought that after Dennis was born I was going to marry Christopher"I said. My father put Dennis back in the bassett "Yes now everything is ruined you're going to be an outcast in the family"he stated pacing. "Dad let's not go nuts here if you're not comfortable with me living back at home I'll live with grandmom untill I save enough to get my own place"I suggested.

"Honey this means you can't bring Dennis around the bakery it's disrespectful to parade your bastard child around" he said. "Dad we're not in Italy and it's not the 1800's woman have babies with out being married all the time" I replied. "I'm sorry honey" and my father left. "That was harsh"Criss stated. "Maybe I should of giving up Dennis"I thought out loud. "Antonia don't think that way please your father is just making you feel guilty into having Dennis" Criss stated. "Can you leave Criss I just want to be alone". I rolled onto my side and just stared out the window. That night Criss went to the bakery to talk to my grandmother. "Are you serious he said those things?"she stated in shock. "Yes and it's got Antonia wondering if she should of given Dennis up" Criss stated. "I'm going to kill that son of mine"she muttered. Then Criss's phone went off and saw it was his mom. "Yea mom what are you serious I'll be right there" and hung up. "What's wrong Christopher?"my grandmother inquried when she saw his face. "Antonia's gone she left the hospital nobody knows where she is"Criss replied.

Criss was in disbelief he couldn't believe that I disappeared like that. When Criss got there Dimitra was talking to security. "Mom what happened?"he asked. "She just left we have her on the cameras leaving in a taxi cab" the security guy stated. "I can't understand why Antonia left you and Dennis" Dimitra asked, but Criss knew why. Criss sat down and ran his hands through his hair when a nurse came over and whispered something in his ear. Criss got up and went with the nurse. In the nursery the doctor was checking Dennis over. "What's up doctor?" Criss asked. "It seems Dennis has jaundice we're going to put him under some UV lights"he said. "Did Antonia know about this?" Criss inquired. "No we just diagnosed him"he replied. "Thanks doc" and Criss went back to his mother. "So how's Dennis?"my grandmother asked when Criss came back. "He has jaundice"Criss replied. "Don't worry Christopher he'll be all right it's common for some babies to get it". "You even had it"Dimitra remarked. That made Criss feel a little better. "Where do you think Antonia went?" my grandmother asked. Every one had the I don't know look on them. Criss sigh and went over to see Dennis. At the bakery my dad was baking when my grandmother came in.

"EVERYONE OUT NOW!!!!" she yelled and everyone ran out leaving my dad with my grandmother. "What now mom I'm busy" he stated. "Did you know your daughter has left the hospital leaving Dennis there". My father said nothing as he walked off. "Christopher told me what you said to your daughter saying she can't bring Dennis around the bakery calling him a bastard. What you said might of sent your daughter over the edge to make her abandon her son" and my grandmother left unhappy at my father. Downstairs Johnny was working when his wife came in with tears coming down her face. "Carol what's wrong?" he asked as he hugged his crying wife. "It's Antonia she's disappeared leaving Dennis and Criss"she remarked. "I bet you that your brother had something to do with it"he said comforting his wife. "Me too"Carol stated wiping the tears away

When it came time for my baby to leave the hospital my grandmother took him in untill Criss's house was ready for him. Back in Las Vegas Criss was setting up a few things but he still wished he knew where I was. Not even a letter or a phone call. My grandmother got so worried she filed a missing person's report on me. At the bakery my aunt made missing posters and my uncle posted some in the window which my dad took down. "Why did you do that Dennis this is your daughter that's missing" he said. "Listen I've seen this before her mother was the same way" and started to go back upstairs. "Wait a minute you told everyone that Natilee lost her mind when Antonia was a baby"he remarked surprised. "So I lied she left me in the middle of the night not even a note telling me why she left. When Antonia got old enough I made up that her mother lost her mind and was in an insane asylum somewhere"he replied. "Do you exactually know where your wife is?"Johnny inquired. "Ex-wife I divorced after she had been gone for two years and no I don't know where she is furthermore I don't give a rat's behind where she is!!" and he left. At my grandmother's house she was changing the baby's diaper as a knocked came to the door.

"Hold on please". She finished and went to the door where Dimitra was standing. "Hey Dimitra come on in I was just changing Nathan's diaper"My grandmother remarked. "I see you changed his name to your husband's name" she said sitting down with Wilma. "Criss and I were talking about changing his name but we're keeping his middle name the same so his full name will be Nathanial John Satantakos. How's Christopher doing on his side" she asked. "He's doing good he just can't understand why she did this for. They were so happy together Christopher was going to ask her to move to Las Vegas so he could watch his son grow up"Dimitra stated. "I know I'm just as shock as you were Dimitra but I've talked to Criss he said I'm welcome to come to Las Vegas to see my great grandson".

The next day my grandmother brought the baby to the bakery before she left to bring him to Criss. When she brought him in everyone came over and saw him. "Oh my god he's so cute". "Look at him I just want to take him home with me" as my aunt Rosa picked him up. "Well this is the last time you'll see him I'm bringing him to his father in Las Vegas but he's going to keep us informed on him" my grandmother said as my uncle Johnny came in. "Have you heard anything about Antonia?" he asked. "No they're still looking but nothing yet"she replied. "You are so cute Dennis"Aunt Rosa remarked smiling at him. "It's actually Nathanial Criss and I decided to change it he doesn't deserve to be named after his grandfather so his full name is Nathanial John Sarantakos" my grandmother stated. "I like that better Wilma"Aunt Carol replied giving the baby to my uncle. "I can see a bit of Antonia in his face and smile. I just can't believe she's gone leaving this sweet little boy behind" wiping a tear away. "It's going to be all right she'll come back"my grandmother assured everyone. Everyone gave Nathan a kiss and Wilma put him back in the carrier. My Aunt Rosa took her camera and took a picture of him. "Bye" and she left.

A few days went by since my grandmother brought Nathan to his father. Criss was doing a pretty good job being a single father but he still wish that I was there with him. At the Luxor JD came in to see Criss asleep on the couch. "Hey Criss wake up"JDsaid shaking Criss. Criss woke up. "Does Nathan need to be feed?"Criss asked wiping his eyes. "No Lynn is watching him remember. Boy you look wiped" JD replied as he pulled a seat over. "I'll tell you this Nathan's lungs are fine I'm surprise my neighbors aren't complaining about the noise"Criss stated. "How much sleep have you been getting?"JD inquired. "Three maybe four hours a night"Criss replied muffling a yawn. "Why don't you throw some water on your face and wake up"JD suggested. After Criss left the office Lynn came in with Nathan. "No wonder Criss can't keep a nanny for long Nathan won't stop crying" she remarked putting him on the desk in his carieer. "I can tell Criss looks like he hasn't had a good night sleep for a couple of days now"JD replied. "I just got Nathan to sleep. Just listening to this kid cry is making me want to get my tubes tied"Lynn said.

A few minutes later Nathan woke up and started to scream. "Now I remember why we have one kid"JD remarked picking up Nathan. "Tell Criss I can't watch Nathan I don't have the patience. Try finding a saint or someone that's deaf" and she left. "It's all right Nathan everyone can't help it that you're blowing out their ear drums"JD stated as Criss came in. "I guess Lynn couldn't take it either" as he took Nathan from JD. "Criss I can't believe I'm going to say this but I think you may need Mom for this kid before you end up losing your mind from a lack of sleep or your hearing from his yelling"JD suggested. "Give me the phone". In New York Dimitra was having lunch with Wilma. "So how's Criss doing?" Wilma asked. "The last time I talked to him the baby's being extremely fussy" Dimitra replied. "Yea Antonia was a ten on the fussy side Dennis had to give her to me just to get some sleep before he lost his mind" Wilma remembered. The phone rang and Dimitra picked it up. "Hello"she remarked.

"Mom I need you I'm on the verge of going insane!"Criss requested. "Just relax Christopher I can hear Nathan in the background screaming"she replied. "Looks like Nathan has something from his mother"Wilma stated as Dimitra smiled with a grin. "Please mom I haven't slept in two days I've lost four nannies including Lynn I'm at my wits end"Criss begged. "Christopher stop begging just let me pack a bag and I'll be there". "Please hurry"he begged and hung up. Dimitra and WIlma chuckled as Dimitra went to pack a bag

Somewhere I was working at a bar but my mind was on my child and Criss. Even hearing a baby cry brought tears to my eyes. Outside I took out the trash and just looked at the stars. "Antonia" A voice called out. I turned around and saw a lady standing there . "May I help you?" I asked. "You don't know me but I know you have a baby boy named Nathanial that's been crying for his mother" she remarked. "He doesn't deserve me excuse me" I replied and started to leave. "Because you believe what your father told you he's wrong Antonia. You're following in your mother's footstep" she replied. I turned and looked at the woman "My mother left me because she lost her mind" I remarked. "She left because she was afraid of being a mother and she regretted it every waking moment of her life"the lady replied. "What would you like me to do go back to Criss and my son and say I'm sorry for abandoning you I can't" as tears started to fall down my face.

"Antonia Marsiol listen to me Criss misses you and so does your family. Go back to them"she stated . The lady walked over and gave me a kiss on my cheek when I opened my eyes she was gone. At Serenity Criss was holding Nathanial in his arm while looking at the sky. He saw a lonely star in the sky.

Criss wiped the tears away from his face as Dimitra heard everything he said. A few days passed and I took a train to Las Vegas. As I got off my heart was in my throat. I walked to The Luxor hoping Criss was there. At Serenity Criss was feeding Nathan as Dimitra came down. "Don't tell me he woke you up again?" she inquired. "Believe or not mom he didn't god everytime I look at him it makes me think of Antonia I just wish I knew where she is" trying not let the tears fall. Dimitra gave her youngest child a kiss. "Don't worry Christopher she'll come back to you and her son"she stated. Then Criss noticed the time. "I should get going before Felix has a fit"Criss remarked giving Nathan to Dimitra. "I'll see you when you get home" and Criss left.
