After Believe Criss took me to a club and my mouth fell to the floor. "You in shock" he asked. "You bet your sweet greek behind I am" I replied smiling. "Now let's see if you've got the moves"he stated. Criss took me out to the floor as the DJ started to play Show me how you Burlseque. I let the song move me annd Criss loved it. Some of the stuff I did my father would die if he saw me doing it but I think Criss enjoyed seeing my bad side which I didn't know I had. After the song ended Criss and I sat down. "Wow I didn't know you had a bad side"he stated. "I didn't know I had one either"I remarked smiling. As the night went on I was enjoying myself and I didn't want it to end. Back in New Jeresy Uncle Johnny was doing his work when my Aunt Carol came in with her phone. "Johnny you have to see this I found this on You Tube" and showed Johnny. "Is that Antonia wow don't let Dennis see that he'll blow his top"he said. "Look right there isn't that the guy who was in here a few months ago" pointing to Criss.

"That's Antonia's man Criss Angel"Johnny remarked. "Dam I should go to Greece to find a man"she replied as Johnny laughed. "What's so funny in here"Dennis asked coming in. "Nothing"Carol remarked. Then my uncle saw the phone and heard the music. He grabbed the phone and saw the video. "Is that my Antonia dancing like that"he asked shoked. "Come on Dennis she's doing some living"Johnny replied. "I knew I should of gone to Las Vegas to get her" and left angry. The next morning Criss took me shopping. "Criss you don't have to do this"I remarked. "Consider it a make over you need it. I want to bring out that girl who was at that club but with a little of that girl I fell for" as he kissed me. The shopping was awesome I even got some outfits which made Criss fall to the floor I even got my hair cut short down to my shoulder. Back at The Luxor JD, Costa, and Dimitra were waiting for us. "Where is Criss and his new girl".

"Come on Costa I've seen her and she's beautiful"JD remarked. "Probably another playmate"Costa said. Outside we pulled up in Criss's Viper Criss threw the keys to the valet and we went in. "I hope your brothers like me"I said a little nervous. "Don't worry if my mom loves you I've got what I wanted" he replied and kissed me.

We got to the restaurant and his family was waiting for us. "I see you guys finally got here" JD remarked. "Guys this is Antonia the girl I met in New York" Criss replied. "Some people call my Tony if that's easy"I stated. The guys said nothing as they walked in. "Did I say something wrong?" I asked Criss walking in. "No my brothers are very protective of me sometimes they think that the girls I date are after one thing: FAME" Criss replied. "That's not me Christopher" and gave him a kiss. "Do I need to get the fire hose on you guys" JD stated. We sat down and started talking. "So Antonia where did Criss find you The playboy mansion"Costa asked. "Costa" Dimitra remarked. "Exactually we met at the ariport my grandmother and Dimitra are friends" I replied. "So you work at the airport?"Costa inquired. "Exactually she's works at a bakery in New Jersey"Criss replied. "Are you sure?"Costa inquired.

"Would I lie to you?"Criss asked as his brother rolled their eyes. "Why don't we order I'm straving" Dimitra suggested. After we ordered I went to the bathroom. "So Criss honestly where did you find a woman like that at The Burlesque review"Costa inquired. "You two really need to have your minds cleaned out" Criss remarked. "Well I still don't trust her"JD stated. "Please you never trust anyone that I dated. I'm surprise you haven't done a background check on her"Criss replied. If it was up to her father she'd still be at that bakery watching her life pass her by. Just give her a chance all right"Criss stated. I ran after him and grabbed his arm. Criss turned to me. "Criss what's wrong why did you do that?" as we sat down. "I just had enough of them saying those things and I just lost my temper. I just never thought my brothers would act like that" he said. "They don't believe I really love you or you don't love me,". Criss nodded. "Maybe I should show them those love letters you wrote to me. If you didn't write those letters my uncle and grandmother wouldn't of sent me here to you," I replied smiling at Criss. For once I saw Criss smile . "Come on let's go home maybe we can pick up a pizza or Chinese"I suggested. We both got up and left. The next day I woke up to find Criss had left to go to work but he told me that I had the run of the house until he came home. At work Criss was in his office when a knock came to the door. "Come in" and George came in. "I heard dinner with the new girlfriend didn't go well"he stated. Criss sat back in his chair. "I know JD's looking out for me but it's different with Antonia she brings out parts of me that I turned off when Joanne divorced me". "Or when Holly left you," George added. "Maybe you should your brothers those love letters you wrote to Antonia those were gold. You knew how to write from your heart Christopher".

"George when I left New York I felt like I just lost the most valuable thing in the world and I was never going to see it again". "Like a lost treasure” George said. "George I would give up anything for her even magic if it meant keeping her near me” Criss replied smiling. "Criss you're love sick and she's the cure for your illness" and George left. That afternoon I went for a walk and saw they were having a food and wine expo. I got an idea and called Criss. At the office Criss heard his phone ringing and grabbed it. "Hello" he stated. "Hey baby I was wondering when's your next day off from Believe?". "Not until Sunday but Felix called to inform me he has to shut down it seems someone brought bed bugs to The Luxor” he said. "Well they're having a food and wine expo tonight and I was thinking maybe you and I could go to it” I suggested. “Sure that sounds great I’ll see you at home” and hung up. When I got back to the house Dimitra had just pulled up. “Dimitra what are you doing here Criss is at his office” I stated. “I thought I’d come and find out how you were after what happened last night” she replied as we walked in. “I talked to Criss and he told me that he lost his temper with what they were saying and I can understand that they’re just looking after Criss” I reamrked getting Dimitra something to drink. “I just hate it when they fight”.

“Show me a mother that doesn’t like their kids fighting” I replied giving her something to drink. “So what are you and Criss doing tonight since he doesn’t have to do Believe tonight?” Dimitra inquired smiling. “We’re going to a food and wine expo at The MGM Grand” I replied. “Aren’t you nervous that they might of invited your father?”she asked. “Honestly Dimitra I really don’t care if my father sees me with Criss” I stated. “Maybe that’s why my son loves you so much” which made me smile.

One thing Dimitra was right about my father was there with my uncle Johnny. As they set up my father was mumbling under his breath. "I hate when you do that" he said. "I'm just hoping Antonia comes than I can have a talk with her and make her see that she needs to come back to where she belongs"my father stated. "Come on Dennis you know that's not true besides she'll come back when she wants to". "That guy is probably brain washing her into staying here. When I get my hands on that guy he's going to wish he never met my daughter" he replied. At the house I was fixing my hair when Criss came in. "Antonia you here"he called out. I came down with my hair in curlers. "I see we're going for the the fifties look"he joked. I went over to him and kissed him.

"Very funny Christopher why don't you change your clothing we're going to be leaving an a hour"I stated. "All right" and jogged upstairs. When we got to the expo there was a guy sitting at a table with different color arm bands. "Two please" Criss said. "All right any of you have allergies like milk, peanuts, soy, fish". "Fish" Criss remarked. They put a blue band on Criss's wrist. "This will tell our chefs that you have a fish allergy. Enjoy"the guy stated and we went in. "That's a good idea for people with food allergies" I replied. We both grabbed some wine and sat at a table. I looked around but didn't see my father. "So where do you want to start Criss?" I asked as he looked around. "How about appertizers?" Criss suggested. "All right". While we were in one area my uncle was getting some stuff from the back room when he saw Criss. "Hey Christopher" my uncle called out. Criss walked over. "Johnny how are you?" shaking his hand. "Good I almost didn't recognize you with out the puffy eyes" he joked.

"Yea so I guess Antonia's father is here"Criss asked. "Yea speaking of her where is she?" looking around. "She saw one of the booth is offering some tuna tar tar so she went to get some"he stated. "And by the blue wrist band you've got a fish allergy". "Yea"Criss replied. "Well I'll see you later" and he left as I came back. "So where do you want to try next?"I inquired. "How about some wine tasting" Criss suggested. "All right" and we went over to the wine.

After some wine we decided to go over to the dessert. "Wow this section smells like heaven"Criss replied. "Yea it does". We went over to a booth that had canollis. "Not bad I love the chocolate chips"I remarked as Criss and I shared one. At their booth my uncle was slicing when he saw Criss and me. "Wow!!" My uncle muttered when he saw us together. "What are you wowing about?"My father inquired coming over. "Nothing" he said. My father looked up and saw us giggling. "Those two kids right there are very much in love" Dennis said. "Yea". "Wait a minute that's Antonia!!!"my father declared. "How do you know she doesn't look like her?" my uncle inquired. "The ring that's on her finger I gave her that for her birthday but that doesn't look like my daughter"he replied. As Criss and I tried a key lime pie I put a bit of whip cream on Criss's nose. "Antonia" Criss stated as I laughed. Then Criss did the same thing to me which made us both laugh. I wiped the cream off of Criss's nose and he did the same with mine. My father looked ready to blow his top when he saw the wrist band on Criss. "Dennis what do you have up your sleeve?" when my uncle saw my father's face.

"I got an idea where's that caviar" he inquired grabbing it. "Dennis are you crazy you'll kill him!"Johnny remarked. "He'll probably just get a rash or a belly ache". He waited untill I left and my father went over to Criss. "Here you go fresh from my booth" giving Criss the plate. "Thanks"Criss replied. My father went back to the booth as I came back. "What's this Criss?". "I don't know but it taster pretty-". All of a sudden Criss started to cough. "Criss you all right?". Criss started to cough harder so I sat him down. "H-hard to b-b-reath" he said gasping. I took a bite of the dessert. "Oh my god that's caviar you eat" as someone walked over. "Is your friend all right?". "No he must of picked up the wrong dish he eat caviar and he's allergic to fish"I replied. They brought over some oxgyen and the paramedics came to check on Criss. As they loaded him up I looked and saw my father with his arm folded and he had a devilish look to him. I walked over. "YOU you gave him caviar on purpose"I yelled at him. "He deserved it now I want you to get your stuff because you're coming home tonight with me". "No dad I'm not leaving him I love him and he loves me" I replied with force in my voice. "Oh please he doesn't love you"my father stated.

"Dennis why don't you shut up and listen to your daughter"my uncle said. I saw a whole silk cream pie and picked it up. "This is for Criss dad" and threw the pie in his face. I grabbed my purse and Criss's coat and left. At the hospital I was sitting in Criss's room as he slept when my uncle walked in. "Mind if I come in" he asked. "Sure" and sat next to me. "How is he?" my uncle asked. "Good they gave some epinephrine before it got worse. They're keeping him overnight for observation I can't believe dad did that to him"I replied. "I told your father not do that to him I should of stopped him I feel like its my fault he's here"my uncle stated. "It's all right I don't blame you just my dad who's a pain in the butt". "Well tell Criss I hope he feels better and I'll see you later" he stated. I gave my uncle a kiss and he left.

The next day I was so angry at my father I was ready to kill him but I decided to calm myself. I knew my father loves me but he has such a weird way of showing it I thought. "Anybody here"A voice called out. I came out and saw Costa. "Hey Costa"I stated. "Where's Criss he didn't show up did he sleep in" he asked looking around. "Didn't you hear Criss is in the hospital he accidently eat cavair last night" I replied. "I don't want to sound like an idiot but what's cavair?"Costa inquired. "Fish eggs and with Criss's allergry it was a bad combo" I replied. "Really well thanks for the info" and left. After he closed the door Costa called JD. "We've got a problem and it's that girl I think she tried to kill Criss last night"he stated. At the hospital Criss was getting ready to be released as JD came in. "I wish you told us where you were I just sent Costa to your house" he stated as Criss put on his shirt. "Sorry it happened so fast" Criss replied.

"Criss did Antonia give you that plate of cavair?"JD asked. Criss stood up "What you think she's trying to kill me?,"Criss inquired. JD said nothing but Criss could tell by his face that he thought that. "JD she didn't try to kill me she knows I'm allergic to fish it was an accident" Criss remarked. "Well I think you should send her back before you end up in the morgue"JD replied. "Let's just go all right" and they left. Back at the house I cleaning up a mess I made when I heard the door open. "Christopher," I called out as I went to the door. The door opened and Costa came in. "Hey Criss isn't back yet" surprised to see him. "I know JD got him but I wanted to talk to you"Costa stated. "About what"I asked folding up a blanket. "JD and I think you should go home and forget about Criss". I turned around. "Shouldn't that be Criss's choice since this is his house"I remarked looking at Costa. "Antonia Criss is love sick but JD and I see what you're trying to do". "Excuse me you think I'm a gold digger that's bull Costa I told you how I met Criss" I said. "Since you got here you've wrapped Criss around your pinky and I can't let that happen" Costa replied. "Costa I don't know what you and JD have in your minds but I'm not that kind of person"I remarked.

"And you tried to kill him by giving him cavair"he replied. I was ready to slap Costa for that comment "Wait a dam minute I didn't give him fish eggs it was an accident I took Criss to a food and wine expo at the MGM and one of the dishes had fish egss in it I guess they didn't see the band on Criss's wrist-"I tried to explain. "You know what I've had enough of this bull I want you out of my brother's house or I'll get the police and have you removed"Costa ordered and left. When JD and Criss got to Serenity Criss saw a taxi was there with my luggage outside. Criss got out of the car and ran into the house and saw me coming down the stairs. "Antonia w-w-hat's going on?"he asked confused. "I really didn't want you to find out this way I'm going home"I replied not looking at Criss. "But why I don't blame you for what happened"Criss stated. "It's just your brothers don't like me and Costa ordered me to leave your house or he'll get the police to do it"I stated as tears were falling down my face. "Antonia don't let what my brothers sayes get to you. I love you" Criss remarked.

"Criss I can't be with you if your brothers don't think I'm right for you. Just remember what we had Christopher" and I kissed him. "Please Antonia don't go" Criss pleaded as tears fell down his face. "I'll always keep those letters near my heart. Goodbye Christopher"I replied. I walked out and got into the cab. JD closed the door as the taxi left. Good bye to bad news JD walked in and found Criss on the stairs with his hands over his face. Criss lifted up his face as tears came down his face. In the taxi I started to cry as well.

Two months had gone by since I left and I hadn't heard one thing from Criss not even a letter. Inside I was helping my uncle with some pastries when I started to feel tired. "You all right Antonia?" he asked. "Yea I'm just tired"I remarked rubbing my eyes. "Why don't you get some air"he suggested. I went outside as my grandmother walked in. "Where's Antonia her father needs her"she said. "She's outside getting some air I think there's something wrong with her she looks awful and she's like erxhausted all the time. I think her father is running her hard Dennis needs to lay off her"my uncle expressed. My grandmother walked outside to see me just standing there. "Antonia" she said. I turned around and looked at her. "Your uncle is telling me you're under the weather" she said. "It's nothing grandmom just working hard"I remarked. My grandmother moved a piece of my hair away from my eyes. "Honey you know you can tell me anything no matter what your father has done or will do"she stated. "I'm pregnant"I replied with tears falling down my face. "Than why do you look so unhappy?"she asked.

"Dad wants me to give up the baby when he or she is born and I don't want to but he swear he'll kick me out and make sure nobody helps me with the baby"I replied . My grandmother looked ready to kill my father. "Does the father know?" she asked. "A few days ago I found out Criss was in town so I decided to go talk to him but when I saw him he was with another woman they were even looking at rings at Tiffany's. I just left before he saw me" as I wiped the tears away. My grandmother gave me a hug as I cried. "Honey I think you need to tell Christopher about this baby. Even thou he's with someone else he needs to step up"my grandmother suggested. "Thanks grandmom" and went back. When I got home I wrote Criss a letter and sent it. When it arrived thou JD or Costa took it and hid it from Criss. After not hearing from Criss for a few months I decided to talk to his mom. At a cafe I was having a drink when Dimitra and my grandmother came over. "Antonia how nice to see you again" she remarked. "Hi Dimitra I'm glad you came"I stated as they sat down. "Your grandmother sayes it's about Christopher. Did he do something to you" she asked.

"No it's not like that Dimitra I found out five months ago I'm pregnant and it's Criss's" I remarked. "Does Christopher know?" she asked surprised to be hearing this from me not Christopher. "I've written to him but I've gotten no replies but I thought someone in his family should know considering-". "Considering what?" she asked. "Her father is making her give the baby up for adoption" my grandmother stated. "I just don't get it why he hasn't sent me a letter back or called me about the baby" as tears fell down my face. "If you want to Antonia I'll find out why Christopher hasn't responded" Dimitra suggested. "Dimitra you don't have to do it I guess Christopher isn't ready to be a father but I'll still put his name on the birth certificate" I replied wiping the tears away. "Why don't I get you home before you father has a nutty"my grandmother suggested. We all got up and Dimitra just stood there in shock as we walked off.

Back at office Criss was working with George. "So I heard you went back to New York why didn't you go see Antonia?"he inquired. "I couldn't force myself to go see her believe me I wanted to but I just couldn't" Criss replied. "Dam it Criss can you get me a pen out of JD's desk I always get a pen that dries out"George stated. Criss went into JD's desk and grabbed a pen but he saw something that was addressed to him. "What is it Criss?" George asked as Criss took them out. "They're letters addressed to me but why are they in JD's desk for?" Criss inquired. George got up and saw the return addresses on them. "They're from Antonia"George replied. Criss sat down and opened one of the letters.


Christopher,

Why haven't you answered my letters?? I keep waiting to hear what you think of what I wrote you. You always told me you sometimes wished that you found the right someone to have a family with. It hurts me that you don't even care enough to send me a letter or call me to tell me how you feel about becoming a father (Criss nearly fell out of the chair when he read that part). I've told your mom about the baby she seemed shocked that you never wrote back or told her about the baby. I really want to keep our child but I'm being forced to give him or her up by my father. I won't denine you're this child's father so when it's born your name will be on his birth certificate.

"Oh my god!!!"Criss muttered putting down the letter. "What is it Criss?" George inquired. Criss was speechless but also very angry at his brothers for hiding these letters from him. Criss got up, put the letters in his coat and left leaving George in utter confusion Criss went to Serenity and was packing a bag when his phone rang. He looked and saw it was JD but he let go to voice mail. I can't believe they did this. I knew that they didn't like her but why hide these letters from me Criss thought. "Christopher!!"a voice called out. Criss came down and saw his mother standing there . "Mom what are you doing here?". "I need to speak with you about Antonia"she remarked. "Mom I know about the baby and what her father is pushing her to do"he replied. "But why didn't you write back to her Christopher?" she asked Criss sat down on the stairs. "Because JD and Costa hid the letters from me. I just found them in JD's desk. I'm just so angry at them for doing this they were the reason Antonia left that day"Criss stated trying to keep his temper at bay. "She left because of JD and Costa" Dimitra replied shocked that her sons would do this.

"Costa came over while I was at The Luxor he told Antonia that if she didn't leave that he'd bring the cops and have her arrested. When I got home and saw Antonia with her luggage I told her not go but she told me what Costa said. When I saw her leave I felt like a piece of my heart was ripped out and I was never going to get it back"Criss replied. "I think you should go back and see Antonia before that baby comes" Dimitra suggested. "Believe me I am" and Criss went upstairs to get his bag. At the bakery my father wanted me to meet with a adoption lady to place the baby with a couple, but I wasn't going to. "Antonia Marisol you are giving that child up or you are out of my house!!" my father ordered me. "Dad that's unfair you are putting me behind the eight ball you know I want to keep this baby" I stated standing my ground. "And you think the father is going to help he's never coming back to help you with this child!!" he declared. My grandmother and my uncle decided to get involved in the conversion.

"Dennis why are you being so mean to your only child. This child's impending arrival should be a happy occassion"my grandmother stated. "No it isn't my daughter isn't having a baby out of wedlock like some trailer trash hussy. She is giving that baby up and that's that" My father replied. "Or you're going to throw her out just because she wants to be a mother to that child"my uncle said feeling ready to punch my father. "Listen I took it upon myself when her mother went insane to raise her. Hell I came close to giving her up but I didn't and it was hard. I don't want my daughter to go through that pain I went through". "But I won't dad I've got my uncle and aunts to help me and I know that Criss's mom will love to see her new grandchild" I butted in. "Please the player probably doesn't give a flying canolli about this child that's why he hasn't been here to even acknowledge he is the father of this baby ".

As everyonre argued I felt a pain in my stomach and something coming down my leg. "Oh god!!" I declared. My grandmother turned around and saw a small puddle of blood on the floor. "Finally my prays have been answered"my father stated as my grandmother sat next to me. "Hey shut up Dennis this is serious!!!" my uncle yelled as my father stood and watched. "Grandma I'm scared" as tears rolled down my face. "It's going to be all right your baby probably wants to come out and give your father a swift kick in the head" my grandmother remarked looking at my father with evil eyes. "I'll go get the car" my uncle stated and left pushing my father to the side. Outside Criss had just pulled up as my uncle was going back in to get me and my grandmother. "JOHNNY!!!" Criss yelled out "Criss no time to explain just follow me we have to bring Anotina to the hospital!!"he yelled. Criss pulled behind as I came out. When I saw Criss I didn't feel as scared as I was before.
