In New Jersery my father was working on a cake when my aunt Linda bellowed over the speaker phone that I was on the line for him. My father answered it. "Hello baby what can I do for you". "I just needed to hear your voice". "You don't sound happy what's wrong?" he asked. "I'm just stressed out about the bakery, about Criss nearly dieing, and the kids. Now Criss's mom in town when I told her she didn't need to and his brother came and said I should be with Criss helping him get better than working on the bakery"I stated. "Don't worry sweetie you know they mean well but what do expect after everything Criss has been through even before he meet you. They just don't want to see Criss in a coffin". I smiled. "I guess so but after what happened between his brothers and me I still get a feeling they don't trust me when I first started to date Criss"I stated.

"Do you ever get that feeling with Dimitra". "No but she did give me the evil eye when I went upstairs to call you"I replied. "Don't worry Antonia everything will be all right". "Thanks dad" and hung up as a knock came to the door. "Come in"I said. The door opened and Criss came in. What are you doing up here I thought you'd be downstairs with your mother I signed. I wanted to talk to you but I kind of evesdropped on your conversation with your dad. Do you really feel that way towards JD and Costa Criss signed back. I nodded. I know it's not you're fault Christopher I just wish they would understand that I do love you and I'm not a gold digger or some hussy that's using you. Even thou Criss didn't say anything I could tell in his eyes that he understood which made me smile.

After my conversation with Criss we went downstairs to see my mom and Dimitra playing with the kids. "No running in the house Nathan"Dimitra called out as my mom ran after him. Nathan reminds me so much of me it's weird Criss signed. I giggled as Dimitra came over with Verida. "What's so funny Christopher?"she asked as Criss snickered. "He was just saying that Nathan reminds me of himself at that age it's weird"I replied. "I can tell Nathan has his father's energy I'm about ready for nap". "Join you on that Dimitra" as Nathan came over with Nathan. "You wearing out nana and Grammy?"I asked as he nodded which made everyone laughed. "Why don't you go out with your sisters and burn off some of that energy"I suggested. What stinks? Nathan signed.

Dimitra looked at Verida and smelled her diaper. Dimitra looked ready to fall down. "I think someone needs a change majorly"Dimitra replied. I need some air or I'm going to be sick and Criss went outside with Nathan. "Come on Dimitra let's go change this little stink bug before the wall paper starts to peel" and they went upstairs. After that I went to my bag and got something out as Nathan walked in. "What's that mommy?" he inquired. I bent down and showed him. "It's your new brother or sister but you have to be quiet about this. Don't tell daddy, grammy, uncle JD or Costa, nana, or aunt Jill. I'm going to surprise them all right". Nathan made my lips are sealed sign. "That's a good boy" giving him a hug.

A month had passed and I still hadn't told Criss about being pregnant. At the Luxor Criss was working on Believe as I walked in. Criss was finally happy to have his voice back and so was everyone else who didn't know sign language on his crew. JD and Costa were happy that they weren't Criss's interpreters anymore. I watched for a few minutes untill Criss saw me watching them pratice. "LUNCH!!"Criss called out and everyone scattered like roaches. I smiled as Criss walked up to me. I gave Criss a hug and a kiss. "What are you doing here and where are the munckins?"he asked. "Nathan's at preschool and the twins are being baby sat by your niece. I wanted to tell you something that I've been dieing to tell you for a month now"I replied looking into his eyes. Before Criss could answer JD walked in.

"There you are I've been looking for you. I need your help"JD stated to Criss. "Can it wait say like five minutes for more"Criss remarked. I took my hands off Criss and sat down. "Go Criss I'll wait here"I replied. Criss left with his brother. As I waited I started to talk out loud about how to tell Criss about the baby when my phone went off. "Hello". "Antonia how are you". It was my father. "Daddy why the call you coming to Vegas?". "I was wondering if you and Criss could come down you aunt Rosa has a surprise for us and she want you and Criss there for some reason". "I'll check with Criss talk to you later" and hung up as Criss came back in. "Sorry about that so what's this surprise you've got". "Well I went to the doctors a month ago for my physical. He said everything is fine expect-". "Don't tell me your cancer's back"Criss said. "No you silly it's good news we're adding to our family"I replied with a smile on my face.

Criss had that deer in the headlight look again. "Christopher hello"I replied waving my hand infront of his eyes. Out in the artium JD and Costa were about to come in the theater when they heard Criss scream with delight. They came in and Criss swinging me around. "What's going on you win the lottery Criss?". JD asked as Criss put me down. "Antonia's pregnant"he replied. Costa gave me a hug as JD congraulted both Criss and I. "Mom is going to be thrilled"Costa stated. "Guys keep it quiet I want to just get through the first trimester first than we'll tell"I asked. "All right" and the guys left. "Before I forget Criss my father wants us to come down to New Jersey my aunt has a surprise that she wants the whole family to know"I asked. "Sure" and gave me another hug.

Up in the plane Criss was relaxing while I was in the bathroom. Criss got up and went over to the bathroom door where he knocked on the door. Before he even knocked he heard me puking. "You all right Antonia?" he asked. I opened the door with the toliet flushing. "Yea a bit of air sickness and morning sickeness combined" as I sat down. "Here's some gingerale and would the lady like a breath mint too". I was ready to throw Criss out the airplane with out a parachute for that comment. "Very funny mindfreak"I stated. "Are you going to tell your father about the baby?"he asked. "Maybe in a few weeks after we tell your mother". When we landed my father was waited for us. "Hey daddy how are you?" giving him a hug. "You all right baby you look a little flushed" he asked. "Air sickness so do you know what the surprise is?"I asked.

"You know your Aunt Rosa and her husband come on". After we dropped off the luggage at the hotel we went to the bakery. We came in and eveyone was thrilled to see me and Criss. "Hey Antonia where are the munkins?". "Back in Las Vegas with my brothers. We just wanted sometime to our self before we lose our minds with potty training the girls"Criss replied. "Than Criss can have one of those I'm threw with changing diapers party". Criss snickered. "Do I hear my niece and her husband back here". Walking in was my Aunt Linda. "Hey Aunt Linda how are you?". "I'm good how are you you look a little pale" she stated. "She had some air sickness on the flight"Criss replied. "And I think my stomach is uneasy you've got any ginger ale or a coke-Excuse me" and ran out of the room with my hand over my mouth. "I guess she still a little air sick"my father remarked. "I hope she's not sick I would hate if she came all this way to miss the surprise"my aunt stated.

After I finished I came out to find Criss holding a bottle of ginger ale. "Thanks" taking a drink as I sat down. "Are you sure you're all right?". "Yea I just never had it this rough before"I replied. "Why don't we go back to the hotel and you can lay down before you're sent to the hospital for dehydration" Criss suggested. "Yea the smells of the pastries and cakes is sending my stomach into knots"I replied. Criss helped me up as my father came over. "You don't look so well baby are you sure you're going to be all right for tonight?". "Yea I'm just going back to the hotel and take a nap"I stated. "All right I'll asked Teddy to drive you back to the hotel". My father gave me a kiss and went back to work. After taking a nap and eatting some crackers I felt better so we went to the party at my aunt's house.

When we got there everyone was there even my grandmother. "I see you're looking better your father told me you had a bit of air sickness" she remarked. "Yea I'm still a little nauseous thou". My Aunt Rosa came over and gave me a hug. "I'm so glad you could make it". "Rosa relax before you crush her into a fine powder"my father joked. My Aunt Rosa could sometimes hug like a pair of vice grips. Criss once told me that he felt one of his ribs cracked when my aunt gave him one of her hugs. After she let me go and I could breath again she wanted everyone into the living room. We all sat down as my Aunt Rosa and my uncle David stood all infront of us. "We gathered you guys all here because what we had to tell you we wanted to tell you all at once" she said with a giggle to her voice.

"Come on Rosa before I'm watching my grandson graduate high school". "The surprise is we're pregnant"my uncle stated. Everyone went nuts me I nearly fell over my chair and Criss's jaw fell to the floor. After I congraulated them Criss and I went outside. "This is something for the record books"Criss stated. "You're telling me I don't think there's ever been a time where an aunt and her niece are pregnant atthe same time"I replied. "YOU'RE PREGNANT TOO!!,". We turn around and saw my Aunt Linda who was hiding behind a bush smoking. "I have to tell everyone" and ran in as Criss and I followed her, but before we could stop her she told the whole room. "This is crazy!!"my father exclaimed. "Are you sure?".

"Yup believe me aunt Rosa I didn't want to ruin your surprise by announcing this"I remarked. My aunt gave me a hug as so did my father. "Now I understand why you looked so pale and tired today I'm so glad for you and Criss" giving us a hug. After the party Criss and I went back to the hotel. "This has been the weirdest day to date"Criss said. "And tomorrow before we leave we'll go see your mom and tell her before my grandmother does". After saying that Criss's phone rang and saw it was his mom. "Too late,"Criss remarked as he answered the phone.

"Hello mom-we were going to tell you-no mom-mom-mom" but she wouldn't let Criss talk. I think I heard some Greek and by the way Criss's face looked he knew what she was saying. "Mom can I get a word in before-I'll call you later," and hung up. "Antonia I'm going to ring your grandmother's neck or ban her from visiting for a while". "She blabbed to your mother about our susprise"I stated. Criss nodded as he rubbed his temple. "I need an aspirin or a stiff drink" and Criss grabbed his wallet and left the room. At the house my grandmother was cleaning up when I called her. "Antonia I'm so happy for you" she stated. "Grandmom Criss isn't happy with you. We wanted to tell Dimitra about the baby tomorrow. Now Dimitra is upset that she's the last to know about this". "Honey I'm so sorry I was so happy that I didn't think that Dimitra may not know yet". "Don't apologize to me apologize to Criss grandmom"I replied.

"All right Antonia I will" and she hung up. Down at the bar Criss was having a drink when I sat next to him. "This seat taken,". Criss turned and saw me. He smiled. "I talked to my grandmom and you're going to get an apology from her probably tomorrow"I stated. "Thanks Antonia so are we going to do what we planned on doing if that kid is a boy?" he asked. "If that's all right with you?". Criss leaned in and gave me a kiss. "Johnny Sarantakos has a nice ring to it"" as I chuckled. Criss finished his drink and we went upstairs to sleep.

A few months passed and Criss and I were at the doctors while JD and Costa were watching the twins. "How do we get roped into baby sitting"Costa remarked. "Wrong time wrong place"JD replied. "So do you think Criss will want to know if a little boy or girl is coming?"Costa wondered. "I'd bet you he doesn't want to know. Criss loves surprises"JD replied. "Let's hope it isn't twins or worse triplets Criss will be look for a good doctor to get fixed by"Costa said as JD cringed. "Don't say that just thinking about that is making me cringe" JD stated. A knock came to the door so JD went to get it. He opened the door and it was my mother. "JD Costa how are you?". "Doing good Natilee how can we help you" JD said. "I was wondering if Antonia is back from the doctor". "Nope why don't you come in" JD remarked. Natille came in to the palce looking like it was decorated by two year olds.

"I see the twins are redecorating the place". "Verida no drawing on the wall daddy doesn't like that"Costa said. Then Zoey came over and JD saw she peed her pants. "Oh Zoey I told you to tell us when you needed to potty"JD stated. "Why don't I clean her up". She picked up Zoey and brought her upstairs. "JD where's the cleaner"Costa remarked. JD looked at the drawing Verida did on the wall. "Get a frame and tell Criss it's a Picasso"JD suggested as Verida giggled. When we got home Costa and JD were alseep in a chair and on the couch. "I think the twins wore them out"I said. "What do you expect the last time JD dealt with a two year old my father was still alive"Criss stated as I chuckled. "I thought I heard someone laugh". Coming down the stairs was my mom. "Mom what are you doing here?". "I came to see you" giving me a hug. "And help out my brothers"Criss inquired.

"Let's just say it looked like a bomb went off in here, so did you find out what you're having". Criss looked ready to run. "Not triplets". "If that was true I wouldn't be standing here"Criss stated. "Twins". "Give the woman a prize"i replied sitting down. "But the good news is that it's a girl and if the doctor read it right a boy"Criss replied. "At least you get a Johnny out of this"my mother stated. "Why don't we wake up these two and send them home"I suggested. Criss shook JD. "It's your turn to feed the baby Lynn"JD mumbled. Criss laughed. "JD wake up". JD woke up and saw Criss and us. "Time to go home" I stated. "So do you have a girl or a boy coming?". "Both"Criss replied. "Twins I hope you don't have another one hiding in there". "Don't even say that JD"I remarked. JD got up and woke up Costa. "Wake up Costa time to go home"JD stated. Costa got up and told us he's never having kids. "Can we have that in writing just incase"Criss asked as the guys left.

That night I called my dad to see how everything was going. "Not bad your aunt is eating like a horse who are you and Criss doing". "Ready for round two with double diaper duty"I replied. "You've got twins coming again congratews did Criss tell his mom or should I let my mom do that". "Criss is on the phone with her right now so it's all right to tell her"I remarked. "Just take it easy baby" and hung up.

At The Luxor Criss was looking over some stuff when a knock came to the door. Criss looked up and saw my father. Criss opened the door and let him in. "Hey Dennis what a surprise what are you doing here?" as he sat down. "A baker's convention over at Planet Hollywood so how's Antonia doing?". "it seems this pregnancy is a little tough. She's been exhausted her blood pressure has been going up and down, She's been naucious to the point where she vomits. Last night I almost brought her to the hospital for dehydration". "They always say every pregnancy is different Christopher". "She's also nervous about when the twins do come considering what happened last time with Verida and Zoey's entrance into the world"Criss replied. "What about you Criss you've collasped with Nathan's birth and Verdia and Zoey's too". "Well this time her mother is going to help her with the deliver but if she has to have a c-section than I'm going in"Criss stated.

"Well I should get going we'll talk later Criss". Before my father's left the phone went off and Criss saw it was my mom. "Natille what's up. What is she all right yea I'll be right there" and hung up. "What's wrong Criss?". "Antonia was rushed to the hospital she collasped while out with Natille". Criss grabbed his keys and they left. At the hospital I was being looked at. "This is so embrassing"I stated. "Just relax Antonia it's probably dehydration from the morning sickness"my mother assured me. "If I have to go on bed rest-". "Antonia don't worry all right just lay back"my mother stated. The door opened and Criss came in. Criss walked over and gave me a hug. "How you doing?" he asked. "Better I can't believe I collasped I'm so embrassed"I stated. "Just be thankful you weren't alone"Criss replied. The doctor came in as Criss sat down holding my hand. "So how you feeling Antonia?". "Embrassed why did I pass out?"I asked. "Well it seems your aminic and dehydrated. The heat wasn't that helpful either but with a blood transfusion and some fluid you'll be good to go in a few hours" he replied.

"What about the babies are they all right?"Criss inquired. "The twins are fine but-". "But what?"my mother stated. "We're not sure yet but your twins maybe conjoined". "Where exactlly?"Criss inquired. "They maybe sharing a heart but we're not sure yet we may have to wait for another two months" the doctor remarked and left. I felt like my heart was in my stomach and Criss just looked shocked.

When Criss finally got back to The Luxor Criss walked into Believe to be by himself and think. He thought of what the doctor said that the twins maybe sharing a heart. Seperating them would mean one of them or both of them would died which send Criss's head spinning to the point where Criss felt dizzy. "Christopher"A voice called out. Criss looked up and saw JD. "What are you doing in here I thought you'd be with Antonia?". "I just needed some time to think" Criss replied. JD could tell something was up. "What's wrong Criss I can tell in your voice something's wrong". JD came down and sat next ot his brother.

"The doctor thinks that the twins maybe conjoined at the heart"Criss replied as tears fell down his face. "Is he sure?". "Not a hundred percent he wants to wait another two months to make sure. God what if it's true and these twins are conjoined at the heart. JD one or both of them could die if we try to seprate them"Criss stated. "Criss take a breath they're not even sure if they are conjoined they might not be so don't worry about this untill you know for sure". Criss took a breath and thanked his brother. "I just hope that I'm panicing over nothing"Criss remarked. "And if those kids are conjoin or there's something wrong we'll be there for you and Antonia"JD assured them. "Thanks" and gave his brother a hug.

At the hospital my dad stayed with me and we talked. "Dad what am I going to do if the twins are conjoined at the heart?"I asked. "Antonia don't worry untill you need to. That doctor isn't a hundred percent sure. For all we know the kids are all right". "Maybe you're right maybe I am worrying about nothing"I replied. "That's my baby," and gave me a kiss. I started to giggle a little. "What so funny?"he asked. "One of twins just moved it tickles a little when they move around in me"I replied. "You were the same way with your mother everytime your mom would chuckle or giggle I knew that you were moving around inside your mom"he stated. I smiled as my dad said his good-byes and left.

That night Criss came to see me. When he got to my room I wasn't there which made him think the worest. "Mr Sarantakos"the nurse remarked walking over. "Where's my wife?" he asked. "She's down in the ultrasound room I'll show you". In the room the doctor was about to start when a knock came to the door. The doctor opened it and Criss was standing there. "Christopher come in". "I thought the doctor was going to wait another two months"Criss inquired sitting down next to me. "Well I saw how uneasy your wife was so I thought we'd check now". She started the ultrasound and we saw the twins. "There they are". I saw a tear run down Criss's face. "I've never seen this before"the doctor remarked. "What's that"I asked. "They're not conjoined it looks like they're hugging each other". "I hope their cords don't get tangled in there"Criss replied.

"If you look right there you'll see that the twins aren't conjoined at the heart" she replied. I gave a Criss a hug as tears fell down my face. The doctor left the room as Criss and I looked at the screen. "I can't believe taht doctor got us all worried over nothing"I remarked. "I think my wish came true". "What are you talking about?"I asked. "Before I came in the hospital I wished on a star hoping the twins are going to be all right and they are". I gave Criss a kiss. "That's what I love about you Mindfreak".
