I was so upset that Criss was divorcing me with out telling me. I felt like hitting Criss or cutting himself in two. In my father's office he was trying not lose his temper. "Come on Dennis there's got to be a reason Criss didn't want to tell Antonia about the papers. Maybe he had second thoughts about doing it"Aunt Carol suggested. "I had my doubts about that boy I should of listened to them" he replied. "Maybe we should talk to Criss and find out what's going on" my grandmother remarked. "I don't even want to see that guy he broke my daughter's heart he doesn't deserve to even breath"my father stated. In the back I was sitting thinking when my phone rang. I saw it was my mother. "Hey mom". "Antonia what's going on Dimitra just told me that you ran back to your father". "Mom Criss wants a divorce I found the papers I can't believe Criss didn't have the nerve to tell me he wanted out of our marriage" I replied wiping the tears away.

"Honey that's not true Criss's brothers had the papers drawn up Criss had no idea" she told me. "Bull mom Dimitra just told you that to make me come back"I said. "If it was bull than why did he slug JD and told his mom to watch the kids because he's coming to New Jersey to bring you back" she replied. "Yea right he's probably at The Luxor doing Believe" wiping the tears away. "Antonia I don't know if you knew this but when I left the second time Criss told me that he hired a PI to find me because he saw how much you missed me,". After talking with my mom I wonder if what she was true or she was just trying to get me to come home. I came back in as my grandmother was standing there. "You all right baby?"she asked. "My head is just spinning right now. Mom just told me that Criss hired a PI to find her when he saw how much I was missing her. Also he's on his way here to bring me back" I stated. "Over your father's dead body as he said it". "Listen to this Criss's brothers surposely had those drawn up without Criss's knowledge and Criss got so angry that he slugged JD". "Grandmom you remember how hell bent JD and Costa were on keeping me out of his life. Criss always said that if his cousin didn't need a pen he wouldn't of even known that I was pregnant with Nathan. Maybe grandpa and Criss's dad are trying to keep Criss and I together"I thought out loud. My grandmother decided to get a second opinion on what I just told her so she called Dimitra. I came out and it looked like Criss and my dad were ready to come to blow. "Dad Christopher"I called out. "Antonia just go back to the back" my father ordered. "No dad I want to hear what Criss has to say"I replied. "Are you sure sweetie?"my grandmother asked. I looked into Criss's eyes. "Yes" and took him to the back while my father and my grandmother stood there. "All right Criss what do you want to say?"I asked. "Antonia those divorce papers were my brothers' idea not mine. I would fight with all of my powers to keep you in my life". I looked into Criss's eye. "You'd give up magic for me,"I stated. Criss looked shocked. "My grandmother said that the eyes are windows to the soul. Everytime I look into them I see you packing up Serenity than you working with me at this bakery we're both smiling as the kids are helping us with smiles and giggling"

Criss looked into eyes and a smile came to his face. "What Christopher?". "I see you and me in rocking chair old watching the sun set"he replied. Clearing of the throat was heard so we turned and saw my grandmother. "Your father has calmed down and wants to talk to Criss"she stated. Criss gave me a kiss and went to talk to my father. Criss came out and saw my father sitting so Criss sat down. "All right Christopher explained to me what happened?". "My brothers had the divorce paper drawn up with out me knowning. I was beyond pist that I did something I would never do and that I slugged my brother probably breaking his nose. I came close to losing Antonia once and I don't want to lose her again. I'd do anything and leave divorce as the last choice with our marriage"Criss remarked. "So you would do everything in your powers to keep the marriage together". After the mess with me and Criss was cleaned up Criss and I went back to Las Vegas. When we got home the kids were waiting for us. "MOMMY!!!"Nathan called out as he ran into my arms. Zoey and Verdia were jumping up and down as Criss went over to them. He picked both of them up and smiled. I walked over with Nathan and gave Criss a kiss than a flash went off. After our eyes focused we saw Jill with a camera. "There's next year Christmas card"she stated. I put Nathan down and looked at the picture. "Jill that's beautiful" and i showed it to Criss. "Pretty"Zoey remarked. Criss put the twins down as the kids ran out to play. Jill ran out with them as Criss and I stood there. "This is georous I want to send a copy to your father" he suggested. A few weeks went by and I was looking at building for my my bakery my father even cfame down to help. At the production office Criss was sitting behind his desk as Luke and Doug came in. "Dimitra you know how stubborn your sons are. It would take a miracle to cut through their stubborness" I remarked. As I talked to Dimitra my father came over and heard a bit of the conversion. "What did Criss's mom want?" as I put my phone back in my purse. "She's wants just to get Criss and his brothers talking. Dad they are the three most stubborn men I've ever met I'd have a better chance of raising their father from the grave"I remarked. "Back it up their father passed away". "Yea stomach cancer I swear I told you this,"I replied. I could see the wheels in my father's head turning. "What do you have brewing in your head dad?". "Honey have Criss meet me at his bar tonight" and my father left. When I got home Criss was looking through a photo album. "Christopher"I called out. Criss hide the album and came out. "So how was the hunt?"he asked giving me a kiss. "Good oh by the way my father wants you to meet him at your bar tonight"I stated hanging up my coat.

"Why?"He asked. "I can't read my father's mind but reading yours is easy" as I whispered something into his ears. Criss's eyes almost popped out as I walked into the kitchen. "Maybe when I come home we'll do that but now (clearing his throat) I need a cold shower". I giggled as he went upstairs.

After Criss did Believe he went to his bar and saw my father talking to JD and Costa. He was about to turn but my father caught him. "Christopher come on up"he called out. Criss turned and went over. "Christopher"JD stated. "JD what are you guys doing here?". "I invited them listen I know you guys haven't been talking". "Dennis they were the reason Antonia left they were the one who had those divorce papers drawn up"Criss replied. "We were just watching your back Criss"Costa stated. "Bull you guys don't want to see me happy. You know what I'm out of here"Criss replied and started to leave. "Christopher do you think your father would like this". That stopped Criss in his track. "Dennis what do you know about our father?"Costa inquired as Criss came back.

"Only what my daughter has told me. Listen guys I lost my father myself and he died on 9/11. I never got to say good-bye to my father like you guys did. I just want you guys to think about how your father would feel if he saw how you guys are actting. JD Costa you're actting like you don't trust Criss in his decision when it comes to his love life. What would your father say right now" he asked. "To stop interfering Christopher is old enough to make his own decision"Costa remarked. "Let Criss deal with his own love live"JD replied. "That's what mom's been trying to say I love Antonia and or kids. When it comes to her she's number one. I'd give up everything for her even what I have here so please let me deal with the bumps that I may have in my marriage"Criss stated. JD got up and walked over to Criss and gave him a hug. When Criss got home I was looking over some stuff. "How was drinks with my dad?"I asked. "I was ambushed with Costa and JD I think your father hated to see my mom hurt"Criss replied. "So what happened you, Costa, and JD are speaking terms?". "Yea thanks to your father" as I walked over to him. "I'm glad" and kissed him as Criss ran his hands up my shirt. I pulled back as I slipped off my shirt. Then Criss took off his as I slipped off my pants and went outside to the pool where I threw Criss bra. Out in the pool I was swimming in my birthday suit as Criss came out in a robe. "Didn't want another ticket from the neighborhood society"I inquired smiling. Criss took off the robe than dived in.

A few months went by and I was working on putting together my bakery at The Mirage which made Criss very happy. "I can't believe Antonia didn't take the empty space here"JD remarked. "If she did that Criss would get a gut"Costa stated as everyone laughed. "Very funny"Criss said. "So now that Antonia is starting up her own bakery who's watching the kids?"JD inquired. "Antonia's mother"Criss replied taking a drink of water. "Well we should get going before George wonders where we are. See you later" and Costa and JD left. At the Mirage I was going over the plan with the contractor. "It's a good thing this place use to be a pizza shop we can turn that pizza oven into something that can bake".

"That's great"I remarked. Then my phone beeped and I saw I had a text. When I saw it was from Christopher I opened it. NEED HELP was texted which sent my heart into my throat and a bad feeling in my stomach. I called Criss's phone but it went to voice mail which scared me enough to run to The Luxor. When I got there I didn't see Criss or anyone else. I tried the door but it was locked. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Criss's hand. I grabbed a trash can and broke the door open. I went over to Criss who was unconscious. "CHRISTOPHER can you hear me"I said as I checked for a pulse. "WHAT THE "A voice said. I turned and saw Felix. "Felix call 911 something wrong with Criss"I replied. As Felix called 911 I saw a few feet from Criss was his EPI pen. I looked at his lunch and smelled it. "They're on route right now"he said as I grabbed the pen.

Then I stabbed it into his thigh. "Antonia what are you doing?". "Criss ate fish smell his lunch" as Criss started to move a little. "Smell like tuna fish" he stated. "They must of mixed up Criss's order". "Why didn't Criss know it just by smelling it"Felix wondering putting a pillow under Criss's head. "He couldn't Criss and my son have been fighting a cold that stuffs up their noses Criss couldn't smell anything even I put Costa's sneakers infront of him"I replied as the amblunce showed up.

When Criss woke up he felt something in his throat. He was about to touch it when he felt someone grab his arm. "I wouldn't do that". Criss looked up and saw me. I let go of Criss's hand and sat down in the chair. WHAT HAPPENED he signed. "Someone mixed up your order and gave you tuna fish and you went into Anaphylactic Shock. You passed out before you could inject yourself". HOW LONG HAVE I BEEN OUT. "You've been unconscious since yesterday they had to perform a tracheostomy on you that's why you can't talk"I replied. WHERE'S JD AND COSTA?. "They're at the house with the kids I wanted to make sure you were all right before your brothers saw you just incase". Criss gave a thumbs up sign which made me smile a little. "So I'm going to call them and tell them to come down". Before I left Criss grabbed my arm. DON'T BRING THE KIDS I DON'T WANT THEM TO SEE ME LIKE THIS "All right Criss I'll tell them" and gave him a kiss on his head.

At the house JD was pacing. "Stop pacing JD you're making me dizzy"Costa remarked. "I can't help it I'm worried about Criss" as he sat down. "Don't worry he's going to be fine I hope". The phone rang and Lynn got it. "Hello oh Antonia how's Criss really all right I'll tell the guys. Sure if they do I'll stay" and hung up. "So how's Criss?". "He's awake but they had to trach Criss so he can't speak"Lynn stated. "At least Criss can sign"JD muttered. "If you guys want to go I'll stay here with the kids". "Doesn't Criss want to see them". "He doesn't want to scare them so he's going to wait untill the tube is out of his throat"Lynn said. "All right come on" and they left.

When the guys got to the hospital I was outside. "Hey guys"I remarked giving them a hug. "How's Criss doing?". "Good considering he nearly died"I replied. "Did you really run from the Mirage to The Luxor?". "That's like two miles maybe more"JD stated. "Really didn't feel like that but I think if you get a text from someone you love that sayes NEED HELP you just forget everything else and go"I remarked. "Sounds like something dad would say"Costa replied. "Why don't you guys go in and see Criss"I suggested and they went in. They came in and saw Criss laying there with the tube still in his throat. The guys didn't know what to say. They just had never seen Criss this bad having a tube in his trachea. "At least he can't snore"Costa joked. "This coming from a man who can be heard all the way from Reno"JD stated. Criss opened his eyes and smiled.

You've got that right Criss signed which made JD and Costa smile. "How you feelng?". Just wish they take this thing out of my trachea Criss signed. After a few minutes I walked back and opened the door to see Criss was asleep and the guys had left. I walked in quietly and shut the door. I gave Criss a kiss on his forehead and put a picture of the kids and me next to his bed and left.

A week went by and I was doing some work at the bakery when JD rolled in. "JD what are you doing here?"I asked curious. "I went to see Criss at home and he told-I mean signed that you were here". "So Criss doesn't need a baby sitter he's all right". "I just think-". "JD I made sure Criss was all right with this and I told him to text me if he needed me". JD didn't look happy as I walked over to one of the contracters. At the house Criss was relaxing when Dave walked in. "Hey Christopher how's the throat". Sore the doctor said it would be so I shouldn't talk. "So no interviews". Unless they got someone who can translate sign language. Dave chuckled. "Where are the kids it's so quiet in here?" loking around. Jill took them for the day so I could relax. "Where's Antonia than?". She had to go to the bakery for a while some unaccepted things popped up. "I'm surprised your mother isn't here babying you" as Criss tried not to laugh. Antonia told her to stay in New-. The door opened and Dimitra walked in. "Mom!!"Criss said. He cringed as the pain in his throat hit. I shouldn't of done that he thought.

"Christopher you sound horrible"she remarked hanging up her coat. "He wasn't surpose to talk Dimitra his throat is too sore from having that tube in his trachea" Dave replied. Mom what are you doing here Antonia told you to stay in New York. "I couldn't stay knowing that you almost died Christopher besides where's your wife anyway"she said. "Something unexcepted happened at her bakery that she had to take care of I should go see yea later" and Dave left. An hour later I came home. I opened the door. "Hey Criss I'm home with something to take the raw feeling in your throat" I called out. Criss came down the stairs and went into the kitchen. He saw me put something into the freezer. Criss gave me a kiss on my neck. I gigled as Criss kissed my neck. "Stop that it tickles" as I playfully pushed him back.

So how's the bakery going "Good it's going to be awesome but I have a surprise for you". So do I my mom's here. "Are you me?". "Nice language Antonia do the kids hear that?'. Walking in was Dimitra. "Nice to see you Dimitra you know what I have to return a phone call so we'll talk later" and went upstairs.
