Still navigating my way around the new forum, lol! You
can upload pics from your computer to the picture & albums section on your profile page. Once you've created an "album", you can upload pics from your PC. After you've uploaded your pictures, click on the image you want and you'll be given two options for posting the image on a thread: Picture URL or BB code.
Copy the link and paste, like so (BB code):
