Just to let you know that Fodor's Las Vegas Travel Guide for 2012 is out. While it comes with a very helpful map of the city, including a layout of the Luxor hotel ( I wish to God I could download it here!), there is a very brief mention of Criss Angel's Believe show. Judge for yourself:

Criss Angel--Believe. When no one seemed to appreciate the odd-couple pairing of Cirque du Soleil and the star of television's MindFreak, Cirque backed off and left Angel on his own to rework the show in 2010. He stripped down the production, eliminated most of the artsy theatrics, and transformed it into a more predictable magic showcase--one that's rockin' loud and full of pyrotechnics as Angel bustles through one illusion after another like a young(er) David Copperfield. Consider the changes good if you're a fan of his, maybe less so if it was Cirque's name and contribution that intrigued you. Luxor Las Vegas, 3900 Las Vegas Blvd. & South Strip**703/262-4400.
