I missed the last chat as well so I'm not really sure how it worked. From what Loyals have posted about the February chat, it seems as though the live, two way video chat thing didn't work out as planned. Going by what Criss has posted on Facebook, it appears that he wants video questions submitted before the next chat:
"Hoping you all had a GREAT weekend! The Loyal Saturday chat with me is coming up on March 31st so submit your questions now and I'll answer them live."

I honestly don't know if that means Criss is only going to answer questions that have been previously submitted, sorry!
