As the days passed my grandmother and Criss's mom were planning my shower. At the bakery my aunts and my uncle were thinking of gifts to get me. "I saw this little onesis that said Daddy's little angel". "Carol you have to remember they don't know what they're having so if it's a boy it isn't going to work"my uncle Johnny reminded her. "Well I'm getting her this baby bag and I'm going to fill it with bottles, onesis, socks, and some diapers". "I may just go down to the store and buy a pallet of diapers for her"My uncle joked. "You were invited to the shower". "Well I'm delivering a cake to the house. Wilma asked me to make a baby shower cake for her"he replied. "Won't you know who be upset"My Aunt Rosa said referring to my father. "Wilma said he can go pound sand if he doesn't like it" he replied. "Carol I just got an idea Antonia loves lemon drop cookies why don't we make some for the shower"my aunt Rosa suggested.

"No that's a great idea". At my grandmother's house I was thinking when she came in. "Hey baby how's the little one doing?". "It's doing good been playing trampoline with my bladder thou. Grandmom do you think dad will ever come around to me having this little person"I asked rubbing my belly. "Sweetie there's one thing that your father got from your grandfather and that's stubborness in time he will come around" giving me a hug. "Thanks I talked to Criss last night his brothers are trying to be happy but Criss can tell they're putting on a show just to make Criss happy" I replied. "Why don't you come to the bakery with me I know everyone wants to see you". I smiled as I got up. At the bakery my uncle was filling the cake with Chocolate and Almonds. "Why are you putting Almonds in it?" someone aasked. "Because it's my niece's favorite she loves Almonds. I also added some Almond flavoring to the cake too" he stated. "I wish Dennis was the same way since it's his grandchild coming".

"I know but you know him. Get me some baby colors for the cake"he asked. "Got it". "Hey Johnny what do you think of this" a sculpture asked. One of the sculptures had made a baby wearing a shirt with Criss's insinga on it. "That is terrific Antonia will love that just put it somewhere where Dennis won't see it"he replied. "Got it". Downstairs my aunts were filling the racks when my grandmother and I walked in. "Oh my god Antonia!!"My aunt remarked coming over to hug me. "Hey Aunt Carol"I said. "Honey sit down put your feet up so they don't get swollen"she stated. I sat down as my aunt put up my feet. "So how are you feeling?" my Aunt Carol inquired. "It feels kind of weird to feel the baby moving inside me" I stated smiling. "But it all worth it when you see that baby for the first time. Have you thought of any names yet?"she asked. "How about Bastard?". My father stood there in the hall with his arms crossed. "Dennis that's rude and uncall for"my grandmother replied. "Well it's true that guy doesn't give a flying canolli about that baby and she's going to raise that child on her own"he said.

"It isn't true daddy Criss does care he was there for me when I started bleeding. He even carried me in and I could feel his heart pounding in fear for me and this baby"I replied. "Once that kid comes he's going to go running back to his celebrity life and forget all about you and that bastard". Tears started to fall down my face . "Oh Dennis look you made her cry"My Aunt Carol said giving me a hug. "Why don't you go back to work and stop upset your daughter" my grandmother suggested and he did. "It's all right sweetie your dad is just insensitive moron" my aunt said. Then my uncle came down and saw me. "What's happened is she all right?" he asked as I wiped the tears away. "Her father came down and upset her"my grandmother stated. "Come on sweetie why don't we go shopping on your daddy's dime. I saw a cute little outfit that I can see your baby in"my aunt suggested. "Here use this I'll charge to his expense account"my grandmother said giving my aunt a card. "Thanks grandmom" and we left.

Upstairs my uncle came up and was upset. "You look ready to kill someone" a scupltor remarked. "Antonia was downstairs she was happy untill her father came in and said some stuff making her cry and probably doubt having that child. It just makes me so angry at Dennis for doing that to her. I know Criss loves Antonia I saw the fear in his eyes when we rushed Antonia to the hospital she came close to losing that baby" flipping a bowl of strawberries. "Oh my god Dennis got her so stressed out she was rushed to the hospital!!!" someone said in shock. "Yea but someone up there heard us and safed that baby. When I saw how happy Criss is when he walked into her room I knew Criss loved Antonia as much as everyone in this bakery does for her"he replied calming down. "I've got an idea that might show her father how much we care for Antonia" someone said.

"What's that?"Johnny asked. "Everyone showing up for her shower it will show Dennis how much Antonia is loved here". "Now that's a good idea now let's finish her baby shower cake"my uncle stated. "And I'll go down to see how those lemon drop cookies are coming".
