I dunno, and could be wrong. but my guess is, the international shipping cost varies depending where people live (obviously) but also the time that your order takes to get there. From place to place. It's moved around lots and sent away again to the destination it has to be at to be resent again. I know this cuz when i tracked my order. i Couldn't believe where it was sent from and then resent again. It just shows, that the more the shipping rate is....the more it takes to get to you.
