If you look at the MBN full schedule page:

You'll see that the broadcast times are at 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily, on Eastern Standard Time. The new shows have actually been uploaded on Pacific Standard Time. Working on getting that fixed so it's not so confusing!
