In Texas a woman by the name of Julie was devloping pictures that she had taken for a competition that was going on in her hometown. First prize was twenty thousand dollars and a trip to Las Vegas for the finals. She didn't think she was going to win but her friends think she would considering her nick name was Lucky. Since the day she was born she's been a lucky girl. The night she was born her parents found out that they had caborn monoixode posion they said if her mother didn't go into labor they would of died. A knock came to the door. At the door was her friend Minnie. "What's up Minnie?". "I was wondering if you're ready to to go to Vegas" she remarked. Julie laughed as Minnie came in. "I haven't even won it" as they went into the living room. "Come on Julie your pictures are awesome and I heard a rumor that Criss Angel's brother Costa won in Las Vegas" Minnie said. "That reminds me" she remarked and went to her developing room with Minnie following.


Julie had all her picture catalogued and took out a folder. She opened it and in it were pictures of Criss during his theater days and when he did the water escape in Time Squares. "How in the world did you get these?" Minnie asked a little shocked at the pictures. "Would you believe it was luck that the photographer who was going to do this got stuck in California so they sent me" showing them to her. "Wow these are awesome when you win tonight bring these with you and give them to Angel,"Minnie stated as Julie laughed. "See yea tonight" and Minnie left. In Las Vegas Criss was looking over some pictures when Costa and JD came in. "What's up Criss?". "Nothing much god this photographer Dave got sucks" as he threw them in the trash. JD and Costa looked at them. "This guy doesn't know anything about photography where did Dave find this guy" JD asked. "Nice picture of you picking your nose I'm putting this on your site"Costa remarked showing JD. Criss took the picture and ripped it up. "Well my compentition are coming in so come on" and they all went downstairs.

Downstairs Julie walked in looking around. After I settle in I'm going to go picture crazy she thought. Julie saw Criss's production office but it was closed. She hoped Criss was there so she could give him those pictures of him from his New York days. Julie got her room number and went to the elevator. As she got in Criss and his brothers got out of the other elevator. In the elevator Julie took out her camera and took some pictures from her point of view. In her room after she put her stuff away Julie took out her computer and plugged in her camera. Even thou she loved developing photos the old fashion way but when she couldn't get to a dark room she brought her digital camera with her.

Julie couldn't believe the views she got from the elevator. Then she noticed something and did a close up of it and saw she got a picture of Criss and his brothers. Holy :mad:" and took out her portable printer. After she printed it out her heart almost dropped. She thought of sending it to Minnie but instead she decided to give it to Criss instead. That night Criss was heading out when he saw an envelope attached to the production office. He walked over and took it off. He opened the envelope and saw it was a note with some pictures in it Criss couldn't believe some of the pictures including the one that was taken this morning. He put the envelope under her arm and read the note that just said: I thought you'd like these and hope you enjoy the one I took of you and your brothers too. Just looking at the pictures he knew that was the person he needed to take his photos. In one of the ball rooms Julie was looking at some of the pictures that had won. Some of them were awesome like a picture of an eagle that was gliding through the air.

Then she found the picture that Costa entered. It was a picture of Criss levitating in the Luxor light but it looked like Costa was in one of the helicopters when it was taken. "See anything you like?". Julie turned around and saw Costa. "Oh you spooked me" Julie remarked blushing a little. "I see you found my picture which one is yours?"he asked. "I'll show you" and showed it to Costa. Julie's picture was an old lady sitting on her stoup while she watched two kids playing double dutch. "That's beautiful it looks like something out of time magazine" Costa stated. Julie smiled. "Julie 'Lucky' Sparks nice nick name" Costa said when he saw her camera bag with the name stitched on it. "Everyone says that I was born under a four leaf clover or something. In certain times of my life luck has been good" she replied. "Like this picture"Costa stated pointing to hers.

"You could say that. I wonder how they're going to pick who wins some of these pictures are great!"Julie declared. After the meet and greet the judges gathered around. "Welcome to the finals of this photo competition and I must say we're going to have a hard time finding the winner". As the judge talked Costa couldn't stop looking at Julie. "To find the winner of this competition we're going to send you people out with your camera to get a picture of a word you're going to choose". The hat was passed along and Costa and Julie picked one.

"What does your say?"Julie asked. "Sin City how original,"Costa stated as Julie scratched her head. "What does yours say?". "Love this one is going to be hard" she replied. "You could go down to the chapels and take pictures of people getting married"Costa suggested. "Maybe". "You have to the end of the month to post your pictures with your name and the saying so enjoy and may the best person win". "Well I'm going to go down to the chapels and see what I can get". "See yea"Costa remarked and left. The next day Julie was looking around Las Vegas that caught the word Love but she wasn't having much luck. Her mind told her to go to the chapel to take pictures of people getting married but it seemed too obvious. And I thought this would be easyJulie thought. When she got back to the hotel she saw Criss having his picture taking by a fan. After that Criss gave her a kiss which Julie took a picture of. After that Criss saw her and walked over. "Hi" he said. "Hello Mr Angel" she replied. Julie blushed as Criss snickered. I'm an idiot I just called Criss Angel Mr Angel.

"You look familiar have we met before?"Criss asked. "I don't think so but your brother and I are in the photo competition here at The Luxor"Julie replied. "No I swear I've seen you before this is going to bug me". Criss looked at her camera strap and saw the word 'Lucky' on it. "Do you mind coming with me for a minute?" Criss inquired. "Won't your fans be jealous?" Criss chuckled at the joke. As they walked in everyone looked at them like they were dating. They walked into the production office and Julie sat down as Criss got the folder out of his desk. He put the pictures on the desk. "Now I know why you look fimilar you were at my submerge demostration and took these pictures" he stated. "Yup and I got to say it was a great expierence to watch that. Your mother's face spoke volumes"Julie remarked. Criss smiled. "You've got a great eye with your subject so I was wondering if you could take some photos of me". "Sure Angel you tell me where and when" she replied and got up. When she came out Costa ran into her. "What did my brother want?". "Well he wants me to take some pictures of him. I gotta go" and she left.

That afternoon as Julie went to find a photograph that said Love she couldn't get her mind off of Criss and Costa. It seems Costa has a crush on her but Criss only wanted her for her ability to take pictures. She found Costa nice like a brother but when she was around Criss her heart would race like it was a car in the Daytona 500. After she finished Julie was walking to the entrance as Criss came back on his bike. "Hey Julie what's going on?" Criss asked taking off his helmet. "Hey Angel did you have on your ride". "Yea until I pricked by something" showing her the prick mark that was bleeding a little. "Do you know what it was they are a lot of poisonous plants and cactuses in the desert?" Julie inquired. As Criss got off his bike he started to feel dizzy but Julie caught him. "Come on Criss let's sit down for a second" helping him down to the ground.

"I'm fine just got up too fast Lynn"Criss remarked. The valet came out and asked if Criss was all right. "Can you do me a favor and call an ambulance I think Criss got pricked by something poisonous he's dizzy and confused". Then Criss started to make a sound like he was trying to expel something from his throat. "Find me some oxygen too" and he ran in. In his suite JD was watching a golf tournament as Costa came out of the bathroom. "I can't believe you're watching this it's so boring"Costa replied. "And cars going around in a circle is fun to watch"JD added. Costa looked out the window and saw an ambulance pull up. "An ambulance just pulled up". "Some guy probably faked a heart attack to get out paying his bill"JD replied. Then the phone rang and JD picked it up. "Hello Criss Angel's suite. Hey Felix what's up are you serious yea we'll be right down," and hung up.

"That ambulance is for Criss something's wrong with him" and they went down. When they got there Julie was sitting next to Criss as the paramedics checked his vitals. "His oxygen level is falling we need to get him to the hospital". JD and Costa walked over as they loaded Criss up. "Hey JD and Costey is here" Criss replied as he took the oxygen mask off. "Keep that on Criss" Julie remarked putting it back on. "I'll go with Criss" JD stated. "But he's just drunk". "He isn't Costa I've seen this before in my hometown of Texas the plant is called Placid Cactus it mimics the effects of being dunk but if not treated it can cause kidney and liver failure also death" Julie stated. JD got into the ambulance as they left.

When Criss finally woke up he felt like he had been drinking for two days straight. "Sleeping beauty's up” Criss turned and saw JD. "What happened I feel like I've been drunk for two days straight"Criss replied. "The doctor said you were lucky that you feel like this"JD stated. "What are you talking about?"Criss asked. "When you went out biking you got pricked by a poisonous cactus and if Julie didn't noticed the symptoms you would of ended on the donor list or worse dead," JD remarked. Criss laid back. "I'm going to call Costa to tell him how you are" and he left. Back at The Luxor Costa was having coffee with Julie. "I can't believe how loopy Criss was acting even thou it was serious it was kind of weird"Costa replied. "I know I saw you entered a picture". "Yea but what about you?"he inquired. "I just haven't found that picture that screams Love. I've got some that show love"Julie replied.

"You better hurry a month goes fast,"Costa stated as his phone went off. "Hello". "Costa it's JD I thought you should know that Criss is going to be all right". Costa looked like a ton of weight had fallen off his back. "Thanks" and hung up. "You sound happy"Julie replied. "Criss is going to be all right thank god"Costa stated as he sat back. "That's great Costa" Julie replied. Then Costa gave Julie a kiss which threw her off balance. Julie got up and left. "Julie wait" but Julie ran off. "Dam it". When Criss and JD got back he saw Costa sitting in the production office looking down. "Hey Cost what's up you look down in the dumps"Criss said. "I feel like it"he replied. "Why"JD asked as Criss sat down. "You know Julie well after I talked to you I felt relieved that you were going to be all right so I kissed her". "You kissed on the lips!!"Criss stated in awe.

"Yea and I think I scared her because she ran off. I tried to call her but she won't answer the phone or answer the door" Costa remarked. "Let me see what's going on with her" Criss suggested and left. Upstairs Julie was pacing in her room wondering what the heck was going on. She contributed the kiss to Costa being happy that Criss would be all right but she felt that Costa meant it to be more. Minnie is going to be doing flips when she finds out this she thought. A knock came to her door. "Lucky let me in it's Criss" the voice said. Julie went to the door and opened it. There was Angel looking a little worse for wear considering he came close to ending up on either on a transplant list or buried next to his father.

"Come on in" and he did. "I just wanted to talk to you about what my brother did". Julie sat down as Criss joined her. "It's all right Criss it just caught me off guard that's all" Julie stated. "Costa said you won't answer his calls or let him in. What's the real reason". Julie got up and went over to her computer. "Criss I may be Lucky in some places but love isn't one of them" she remarked wiping a tear away.

"What do you mean?" Criss asked getting up. "I have a hard time showing love considering mom never gave it to me. She blamed me for what happened to my father and sister,". "The night my mom had me our house had a carbon monoxide problem. My mother and I survived but my dad and sister died since they had toxic level of monoxide in their blood. My mom always told me that if she wasn't carrying me she would be with my father instead without him" she replied. "That's not nice to say to a child". "It got worse when I went to elementary school she started to neglect me. I would go to school without anything to eat and one day I collapsed at school. The nurse at the school could feel my rib cage so she called police and my mom was arrested".

Oh my god no wonder she ran off Julie has never seen someone show her love Criss thought. "My mother's rights were taking away so I went into foster care that's where I met Minnie" showing Criss a picture of her sitting at a table. "Reminds me of my niece" giving her the picture. "Her father was a photographer that's what got me interested in photography. He was a great guy but he had a dark side" Julie stated. "How dark?" Criss asked. "Let's just say he's registered and I don't mean to vote". Yikes Criss thought. "When he was arrested Minnie's mom divorced him fast and made sure he didn't do anything to me and Minnie. The good thing that came out of it Minnie's mom didn't want to put me back into foster care again so she adopted me" she stated. "That's good". "When Costa kissed me it just brought back all those feelings about my mom and my past. Criss I've never been kissed by a guy". Criss was a bit thrown back. "You never had a guy kiss you". "No when I was in foster care I told a guy who I thought was my friend what happened to me but instead he told every guy who was in ear shot they use to call me Damaged Julie'". "Kids can be cruel Julie but you shouldn't let the past tic take the present or your future"Criss remarked. "Thanks Criss you made me feel a little better about Costa, but Criss do you mind if we put those pictures you want on hold for a while" she said. "No take your time we'll talk about it later" and Criss left.

A week went by and Julie stayed away from Costa and Criss which Criss understood considering what he found out. In his production office Criss was looking over a few things when JD and Banachek came in. "What's up Angel?". "Nothing much anybody got a piece of gum or a mint". "Why?"Banachek asked. "I got a taste in my mouth I can't get rid of. I almost took all of the taster buds off my tongue brushing it" Criss replied. "Criss you wrote 'finally' wrong" JD pointed out. "WOULD LIKE TO DO THIS" Criss asked pist off. "Criss what's up with you you've been moody for a few days now?"Banachek said. Then Criss got up and JD saw how lose his pants were on him and his legs looked swollen. "Criss are you all right your legs look swollen?"JD asked. "So?". "And I've seen the way you've been eating you haven't been eating much"JD added. Then Criss put his head between his leg. "You all right Criss?"Banachek inquired getting up. "Yea I just felt incredible nauseous and last night I threw up like three times and I've been having pain between my ribs and hips for a while now" Criss replied. "I think you may need to see a doctor Criss. I've seen these symptoms before"Banachek said.

"When?"JD asked. "When my brother went into Renal Failure". "Wait a minute you're saying my kidneys are shutting down!"Criss remarked in a panic. "Calm down Criss!"JD said walking over to him trying to calm him down. "Calm down JD you know I've got a rare blood type if what he's saying is true I might as well put my affairs in order"Criss replied in a panic. "Let's go to the hospital and see if you are in renal failure" as JD grabbed the keys. Outside in the atrium Julie was lining up a picture when she saw Criss and JD as Banachek left. "JD I can't believe I'm going to say this but I'm scared" Criss remarked shaking a little. "It's going to be all right Criss remember you have a donor Dimi" JD reminded him. Criss remembered that during a blood drive at The Luxor he found out that his niece Dimi had his blood type. JD put his hand on Criss's shoulder and she took a picture of it as they left.

Criss sat in the examination room with JD twittling his thumbs. Criss was nervous thinking the worest. The doctor came in and shook Criss's hand. "How you doing?". "Honestly I'm scared"Criss admitted. "So is my brother in kidney failure or does just have an infection of some sort". "Well let me listen to Criss's heart and lungs"the doctor replied. He pulled up Criss's shirt and listen to his heart and his lungs. "Christopher how long have you had a heart murmur". "A MURMUR ARE YOU SERIOUS!!"Criss asked in shock. "I also heard crackles in your lungs I'm going to need a urine sample". Criss looked scared. "Christopher what's up?"JD inquired. "I think Banachek right I haven't peed in three days"Criss replied shaking. "I'm going to see if our MRI machine is up" and the doctor left. Tears started to fall down his face JD came over.

"Now I'm terrified JD"Criss replied looking up at JD. At The Luxor Julie was on the phone. "I can't believe you're staying away from Criss and Costa". "After what happened a week ago I should beside the contest is nearing the end and I haven't found my shot yet" she replied. "Well don't worry we'll talk later" and hung up. Downstairs Julie went to look at some of the photos when she saw Costa looking upset. "Costa"she remarked. Costa looked up and saw Julie. "Hey Julie"he said in a somber tone. "What's wrong Costa you look upset". "I just got a call from JD something's wrong with Criss they wanted me to cancel Believe for tonight" he replied. The Placid Cactus. "Did he say what's wrong?" she asked. "He couldn't get the words out of his mouth. I have a feeling it has to do with that cactus that pricked him"Costa remarked. "Me too don't worry Costa Criss will survive this" she assured him and gave Costa a hug.

Criss's fear came true he was in renal failure so until his niece could be tested Criss was put on Dialysis. "I can't believe I'm on this machine"Criss replied. "You had no choice Criss you were in fluid overload and your potassium was dangerously high don't worry Lynn is getting Dimi tested"JD stated. "Hey guys"a voice stated.

Walking in was Julie. "Julie how did you-". "Find you I bumped into Costa and he told me what happened"she replied. "I guess I wasn't really lucky"Criss remarked looking at the machine. "Don't worry Criss Costa told me that your niece could match you"Julie replied. "I'll be right back" and JD left as Julie sat down. "So have you found a picture yet?"Criss asked. "Some but I need someone's opinion mind giving it" she asked sitting next to Criss. "Sure" and she took out three pictures. "Well here are the three: first one is you giving that fan a kiss". Criss smiled at it. "Second one is two people kissing after winning the four million jackpot at Casear". "That doesn't say love that say Lucky"Criss replied. "And three a father giving his daughter away at a wedding at one of the chapels in Las Vegas". "There good but I just don't see them winning" Criss replied giving them back.

"All right Criss can I do one thing?". "What's that?" he asked. "Take a picture of you with out the machine in the picture you look kind of cute sitting there with a blanket over your legs" she replied smiling. "Sure" and she got up. Outside JD was on the phone with Lynn. "Thanks Lynn" and hung up. He turned and saw Julie taking a picture of Criss and the smile on Criss's face. This is going to kill him and went back in. "Christopher we've got a problem". "What's wrong?" Criss inquired. "Lynn had Dimi tested she's got the blood type right but for some reason her kidney doesn't match you"JD replied. The smile on Criss's face left as he sat there looking like he was about to cry. "I'm so sorry Christopher" Julie stated. "It's all right one of the drawback of having a rare blood type" Criss replied. "What's your blood type?"Julie asked curious. "AB double negative only our father, Criss, and my daughter have it"JD replied. "I should get going I'll see you later Criss".

As she went to the door Julie saw JD assuring Criss but Criss wasn't buying it. Then a nurse walked by. "Excuse me where can I get tested to see if I match someone for a transplant" she asked. "Go down the hall to your left is it one of the patients here". "Third one to the left Christopher Sarantakos AKA Criss Angel I have the same blood type believe or not" and left.

When they got back Criss went upstairs feeling angry and depressed. in the production office Costa was on the phone with his mother. "Mom he's going to be all right you don't-mom take a breath-mom". Costa put the phone down. "Speaking Greek?"JD asked coming in. "Yup she does this every time Criss puts his life on the line" Costa replied. "I would love to see her reaction if Criss got arrested for something"JD remarked. "Let's not go there-Can you talk to her before I hang up on my own mom"Costa asked as JD took the phone. Then Banachek and Luke came in. "Is it true Criss is in of a kidney?" Banachek inquired. "Yea so until one can be found Criss is going to be hooked up to a machine"JD replied hanging up. "I thought Dimi would match Criss" Luke said.

"Blood wise yes organ wise no". "That's got to make Criss upset knowing his world is about to change". "Yea being hooked up to a machine twice a day, got to watch what he eats and drinks, being put on medication it's going to drive Criss right into a depression"Banchek said. "I think he's already there while we were driving back Criss didn't say a word just stared out the window than went right upstairs". "Poor Criss". Upstairs Criss was sitting on his couch just patting Hammie when the phone rang. "Yea"he remarked. "Hey Criss I wanted to see how you were". Criss smiled on the other line was Julie. "I'm down in the dumps how's the picture taking going?"He inquired. "Good but I might have some good news for you. What are you doing for dinner?". "Just eating in my room alone".

Hammie meowed. "I think Hammie begs to differ," she replied. Criss chuckled. "How about you come to my room for dinner". "All right you pulled my arm talk to you later" and hung up. In her room Julie was looking at a piece of paper that said that so far she was a match to Criss.

In her room Julie was going over some pictures when her phone rang. "Hello". "Hey Julie what's going on?". "Nothing much looking over some pictures , maybe donating an organ to someone and you" she replied. "Wait a minute back up did you say donate an organ to who?" Minnie asked surprised. A knock came to the door. "I'll call you later," and hung up as she went to the door. At the door was Costa. "Costa where's Criss?". "He sends his regards he's kind down Criss says he's sorry about not showing up" Costa stated. "Too bad I had a surprise for him" as she let Costa in. "What's that?"Costa inquired sitting down. Julie went over to the desk and brought over a piece of paper. She sat next to Costa and showed him. "What is this?" he asked a little confused by it.

"It's a blood panel I had done to see if I'm a suitable donor for Christopher and I am. They're running one more test and if it comes back Criss may not have to spend the rest of his life on a Dialysis machine" she replied smiling. "You're AB double negative". "And I thought having a rare blood type would be trouble" Julie remarked with a bit of laughter in her voice. "Julie I swear if you match Criss you're going to have people thanking you and probably have a life time pass to The Luxor from Felix" he stated. Julie laughed. "Do you mind if I tell Criss?"Costa asked with the biggest smile on him. "No" she replied. Costa gave Julie a hug and ran out like a bullet. Upstairs Criss was looking outside when Costa came in. "Criss you won't believe this"he said. "What's that you can make my kidneys work for me again" Criss remarked. "No you may have a donor waiting for you," Costa replied. Criss looked at Costa like he was levitating or drunk off his butt. "Look I talked to Julie she has your blood type and she got tested so far she's a match to you. She just waiting on some results from another test".

Criss's spirit lifted a little knowing his luck was changing. The next day Julie posted her picture which she was happy with. When she came out Criss was waiting for her. "Hey Mindfreak you look happy" she remarked walking over. "Do you mind if we talk for a second?" he asked. "Sure" and they went up to his suite. Julie walked in and took off her coat as Criss shut the door. "So what do you want to talk about?" she asked sitting down. "Well first Costa told me what you're doing to help me with this predicament I'm in". "And second" she replied. "I can't let you do it". Julie was shocked by that. "Why Criss if you don't do this you maybe on Dialysis for the rest of your life" Julie remarked. "I just can't let you do this to yourself what if something goes wrong and I survive but you die". "Christopher with good luck there comes bad luck as Minnie says and you're in bad luck with you being in kidney failure and having a rare blood type, than having the only person that could help you be not a match. Now your luck is changing slowly with meeting me and with me having the same rare blood type you have. Criss don't put a stop to the good luck because your scared of the what if. If I die than my organs will help other people including you".

Criss understood what she meant and Criss smiled. "Now that I've entered my picture I'm going to enjoy myself until I get the world from my last test that I match you". She gave Criss a kiss, grabbed her coat and left.

After talking with Criss Julie went to take some photos. In the production office Criss was thinking when JD came in. "So Costa tells me you may have a donor willing to donate" JD stated sitting down. "Yea but for some reason I feel guilty taking it like I'm forcing her to do this"Criss remarked. "Have you talked to her about it?"JD inquired. "Yea and she made me see that she was fine with the what if"Criss remarked. "You're not going to like this but mom's coming down she's worried about you". "She always worries about me and with this news I think she has the right to"Criss said. While on the streets of Las Vegas Julie was taking some pictures of the sky line when her phone rang. "Hello".

"All right Julie what did you mean by donating an organ to someone?". Julie sat down. "Well someone at The Luxor has my blood type and he needs a kidney so far our blood types compatible now just waiting on another test and if that turns out all right I can donate my kidney to him" she replied. "Who's the person?"Minnie asked dying to know. "Sorry that's top secret sis" Julie replied. "You are such a pain in the butt some time Julie" and hung up. Julie laughed as she put her phone away. When Julie got back to The Luxor she saw Criss was being looked at by the in house doctor while JD looked nervous. Julie had a bad feeling so she ran upstairs to check her messages. When she got there Julie checked her emails and saw she got a message from the doctor saying she could donate to Criss when the time was right. Thank god she muttered and called Costa.

"Hello" Costa answered. "Hey Costa it's Julie I wanted to tell you that if or when Criss needs it I can donate a kidney to him" she replied. "That might be sooner than you think Criss's kidneys are completely dead and Criss's body is being back up with the fluids and toxin. JD almost had to call an ambulance when Criss couldn't catch his breath he's got fluid around his lungs"Costa replied. "Well when they get the fluid off his lungs and his body can take the surgery call me I'll be there". "You've got it just don't get into any accidents"Costa joked and hung up.

Julie was worried after talking to Costa she wondered if Criss would be able to take her gift. With Criss his luck was going down the tube as he put it. Since Criss was drowning with fluid around his lungs Criss had to be put into the hospital. "This suck!!"Criss declared as he sat in his room with a nasal canal up his nose and being hooked up to a Dialysis machine. "Stop being such a baby Christopher it was either this or you drown without being near water"JD remarked. "I wonder if I'll be able to go surgery since my body is going down"Criss wondered. "Don't worry about that I talked to the doctor when the fluid is taking off your lungs and the toxins is taking out of your blood they could probably do the transplant" JD replied. Hospitals offical have released a statement saying that Mr. Sarantakos is in the hospital for undisclosed reason. The Luxor is flying around with rumors from Kidney failure to cancer. JD turned off the television as Criss just laid there. "What do you want to do about this?"JD inquired. "I don't know right now"Criss stated. At The Luxor Julie was reconsidering her picture when her phone rang. "Hello" she remarked. "All right Lucky spill it is this mystery who you may donate to Criss Angel?" Minnie asked. Julie went to the bathroom and made sure there was nobody in there. After that she took a breath. "You there Julie?". "Sorry you have to keep your big mouth shut it is Criss he got pricked by a poisonous Cactus and his kidneys were affected by it and since he and I have the same blood type I'm going to donate a kidney to him" she replied. "Julie I swear your luck is off the chart with this". "Just keep it to yourself all right" and she hung up. That night Criss had to stay overnight at the hospital so Believe was canceled. In his room at The Luxor JD was feeding Hammie as a knock came to the door. He opened the door and standing there was Julie. "Hey JD I thought I'd come and see how Criss is"he said. "Come in," and she did. "Criss's is resting comfortable at Saint Matthew but he hates what's going on with his kidneys" JD admitted.

"Yea believe me nobody wants their body to fail them even me"she remarked. "Have you talked to the doctor about performing the transplant". "So far I've been on stand-by nothing else it's just nerve wrecking I'm here until the competition for the photo's is done and than I have to go back to Richmond. I just wish that the doctor would give the green light so Criss can have this transplant and he can get off the Dialysis machine"Julie stated. "You're not the only one Julie"JD replied. Then Costa came in. "We've got a problem" and turned on the television.

It seems master magician Criss Angel is fighting for his life tonight. Sources confirmed that Christopher Sarantakos is suffering from Renal Failure. Doctors at Saint Matthew will not disclosed why the magician is in renal failure or if Angel will need a transplant. We've tried to get a hold of anyone from his family but everyone including his mother who is in town to visit her ailing son have become close lip about Criss's health or how this happened

"This is bad"JD replied. "I would love to know who their source is". Julie had a thought but she didn't want to say who unless she was sure. "I'm going to call mom and warn her about the press"JD remarked. "I'm going to let Felix know what's going on"Costa added and they left. After they left Julie called Minnie. At her house Minnie was on the phone with her friend Henry who's a reporter. "Yes Harry he's in renal failure and my sister could be the key to saving him,". Her phone beeped and saw it was Julie. "I'll call you back" and changed over to Julie. "All right Minnie you lied to me and I swear I'll never trust you again. Are you the source who's been telling everyone about Criss's illness?" she asked. "Yes" . "MINNIE I told you to keep your mouth shut about this"Julie replied ready to hire a hitman to kill Minnie. The next day Criss wasn't doing good and it was scary to think Criss was going to die. JD even argued with the doctor to let them to the transplant but they wouldn't which drove JD and his family up the wall. "This is idoitness why won't they do the transplant"JD said as he paced back and forth. "They're nervous that Criss won't survive the surgery"Costa replied. JD sat down wondering if Criss was going to die which was making him more nervous than his mother. In her room Julie was on the phone with Minnie. "Minnie I swear if your friend puts me in the spotlight I swear I'm never going to talk to you as long as I live" she admitted. "Are you sure you're not Greek or Irish" she joked. "Minnie I'm serious Criss's life is literally in my hand sort of. Now his doctors are saying they won't do the transplant saying Criss won't survive it but if they don't Criss is certainly going to end up next to his father in heaven"she remarked.

"Wait a minute what hospital is Criss at?". "Saint Matthews why?" she asked. "Robert's uncle is chief of staff at Las Vegas General maybe you can transfer Criss to Las Vegas General" Minnie thought out loud. "Let me talk to Criss's family and see what they think" and hung up. Downstairs everyone was scared including Criss's mom. "So they're going to let my son die because they're afraid Christopher won't handle the surgery this is a bunch of bull :mad: ". The guys were kind of shocked to hear their mother use such language. A knock at the door interrupted their discussion when they saw it was Julie. Costa opened the door. Julie gave Costa a hug. "Hey JD how are you?" giving him a hug. Before he answered Dimitra cleared her throat. "Sorry mom Julie this is our mother. Mom this is Julie she's Criss's donor" as she got up. "I wish we met under better circumstances" she replied. "Well I may have an idea to help speed this along. I talked to Minnie and she informed me that her friend's uncle is the chief of staff at Las Vegas General. Why don't you transfer Criss there"she suggested. "We tried that but they won't sign the papers" Dimitra explained.

"Guys they can't hold Criss hostage they have no choice if you want Criss transfer you can get a court order if we need to go that far"Julie replied. "She's right you know"Costa remarked. In his room Criss was put on medication to control his blood pressure and the fluid build up that seemed to build up mostly around his lungs. In his room Criss had to be put on oxygen 24/7 and the medication to control his blood pressure made Criss irritable. While Dimitra and Costa talked to the doctor Julie went to see Criss. When she got to his room she saw JD being thrown out with a tray being thrown at him.

*MEDICATION TO LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE

"I see Criss is a tad cranky"she replied walking over. "It's not his fault it's the medication he's on to help with his blood pressure it makes him irritable" JD stated picking up the tray. "Just watching that I think they may need to check the dosage or Criss is rewriting the definition of irritability" she replied. JD chuckled. "Thanks Julie"he said. "For what?" she asked as JD stood up. "Just trying to help Criss and us". "It's no problem JD I just hope Dimitra and Costa can change that doctor's mind about either doing the transplant or transferring him"she hoped. "Yea me too" JD remarked. "I WANT OUT OF HERE NOW!!!!!"Criss yelled. "Sounds like someone irritable"the nurse stated. "Irritable isn't the word I would describe it more like temper tranturm"JD stated. "Well I'll give him a sedative maybe that will make him feel better".

As the nurse went to get the medication Julie saw Criss's file and looked at it. "What's that?" JD asked "Criss's medical file. Holy :mad: this explains everything" she replied shocked. They have him on a drug that says is for his high blood pressure but I've heard of this drug it's an experimentally drug for kidney failure patient it's suppose to restart the kidneys but for some reason it's making Criss's failure worse the fluid overload, the irritability, the high blood pressure. Oh my god". "What?"JD asked worried. "Criss needs to be taking off this stuff or Criss is going to have a stoke look at his last blood pressure" pointing it out to JD "With blood pressure that high I'm surprise Criss hasn't stoked out yet"JD stated. "Hey what are you doing with that?"the nurse said. Julie ran off before the nurse could grab it.

As she was running Julie ran into someone. "Slow down there's no running my hospital" helping her up. "You're the chief of staff here?" she asked. "My great grandfather built this hospital how can I help you" he replied. "One of your doctors is playing god with one of my friends" and showed him Criss's file. When the doctor saw it he went over to a phone and dialed a number. "Nurse Hazel this is Doctor Willness I want to you to stop all medication on Doctor Falcon's patient Christopher Sarantakos now. I want Mr. Sarantakos's IV tubing changed and put him on an IV Drip of Furosemide* right now before he stokes out. Also find me Dr. Falcon now!!!" and hung up. "Thank you sir you may of just saved his life"Julie stated. Upstairs JD was pacing when Dimitra and Costa came in. "How's Christopher?"Dimitra asked. "Well Julie found out what was going on. The doctor was secretly experimenting with a new drug on Criss. It seemed the drug wasn't working and Criss's blood pressure was through the roof".

"How is now?". "I don't know I was just about to check" and they went to his room. When they got there they saw the nurse changing Criss's IV tubing and putting up a new drug. "New orders from the chief of staff we're changing his tubing and putting him on a drug to lower his blood pressure and maybe get some of the fluid off his lungs"the nurse remarked. After Criss was taking off the medication he started to get better which made his family very happy. As they sat with Criss Julie came in. "Lucky what did you do?"JD asked. "When I ran off I bumped into the chief of staff who's great grandfather started this hospital. I told him about Criss and showed him his file. He's in his office firing Criss's doctor and the nurse as we speak" she replied. "I swear you're living up to your nickname" Costa remarked. As they talked Julie saw Dimitra just sitting there holding Criss's hand and moving a piece of hair from his face. Julie took out her camera phone. "What you doing?"Costa asked as she took the picture. "I found love" she replied taking the picture. After she did that Costa smiled. "I see we've got the whole clan do I need to roll out some beds or sleeping bags?".

"Dr. Willness this is JD and Costa Criss's brother and sitting there is Criss's mom Dimitra"she remarked. "Well I was wondering if I could talk to you and your mom for a minute". "I don't want to leave Christopher alone". Julie went over to Dimitra and put her hands on her shoulders. "I'll stay with him Dimitra I won't leave his side I promise". Dimitra went outside as Julie sat down. "First I would like to apologize for what Dr. Falcon and his nurse did. "Hey Cos"a voice said behind him. He turned around and saw Julie. "Hey Lucky waiting to see if you won" he asked. "Yea I talked to Criss's doctor he informed me that when Criss's blood pressure gets down enough he'll call me and Criss will have a new kidney" she remarked which brought a smile to Costa's face. "All right we have the winners third place goes to Derek Samatakas". "He got an easy word family"Costa mumbled. "Second place goes to Costa Santakos for SIN CITY". Julie tried not to laugh as they butchered Costa's last name. "Now for the winner when I saw the picture it described what the word is and I got to say it also made me tear up". Who's the winner for crying out loud Julie thought. "The winner of this competition and the prize money for two hundred thousands dollars Julie Sparks for love". The crowd cheered and clapped but Julie was nowhere to be seen. "Has anyone seen Ms. Sparks?". While the judge was going on and on Julie's phone's started to vibrate.

When she saw what it said she showed it to Costa. The text said one word: Harvest which Julie knew it meant it was time for the transplant. Costa even drove her there. The transplant went off with no complication what so ever. In the waiting room JD was pacing while Costa was sitting with his mom when the doctor came out. "How did it go?"JD asked. "Everything went fine Criss and Julie are resting comfortable in the recovery room together. I gotta say this operation went smoothly the kidney fit like a glove in Criss"he replied. "Do you think the kidney will work?"Costa inquired. "We'll have to wait and see"he replied and walked off. In recovery Criss woke up to see Julie on her side waking up herself. "Hey Criss"she remarked smiling at him. "How you feeling?"he asked. "A little sore and tired but I'm fine and you". "Good I just hope the kidney works" Criss stated. "Don't worry Criss you'll be peeing in no time" she replied as Criss chuckled.

"Costa said the same thing before I went in"Criss said. "I'll see you later Christopher" and Julie went back to sleep and so did Criss. When Criss woke up he was back in his room and saw his brothers asleep. JD in a chair and Costa on a bed that was in the room. Criss just laid there for a while just staring at the sleep over he had going on in his room. I wish I had a camera right now he thought as JD stirred a little but didn't wake up. "I see we have a little slumber party going on". Criss turned and saw an ordeal wheeling her in. "I just wish I had a camera it's just too funny"Criss stated. When she got to her room she called her sister. "What's up Julie?". "Well I won the competition here in Las Vegas" she remarked. "Then why do you sound like you lost it all at the craps table". "How about this I fly down to Las Vegas and meet that boy to see if it is love or someone who wants you for your money" she joked. Julie laughed. "All right Minnie call me when everything is ready" and she hung up. A knock came to the door and Julie went to answer it. At the door were flowers Golden poppies that just shined in the light. "For Julie 'Lucky' Sparks" the delivery guy stated. "Thank you" as she took the flowers. She looked at the card and it was from Costa telling her to meet her at Criss's bar tonight at seven. "Oh Costa" she muttered as she smiled.

When she got to the bar she saw Costa sitting there with JD and his mom. "What's going on?' she asked. "We thought that we take you out to dinner as thanks for saving Christopher" Dimitra remarked. Tears started to fall down Julie's face. "Don't cry Lucky you'll look like a raccoon"Costa stated handing her a napkin. She wiped the tears away as Julie walked to the restaurant with them. Inside they were talking when a crowd started to gather in the atrium. "Did the Kardashians just arrive?"JD inquired as they all got up. To their surprise coming out of a taxi was Criss. Everyone was surprised even them as Criss walked in. "Christopher what are you doing here I thought you were suppose to be in the hospital for another couple of days" his mother stated giving him a kiss. "Well I was getting antsy and since my body is responding well they decided to let me lose I just gotta make sure I take the anti rejection drugs for the rest of my life" he replied as he gave everyone hugs and kisses. "Well would you like to join us for dinner Criss we were just taking Julie out to thank her for what she did" JD stated.

"Why not" and they went into the restaurant together. The next day Criss wanted to get back to work since they were behind but his mother wanted him to take it easy which his brothers agreed. "All right I will I swear but I have to get some work done". "All right Criss come on" and they went downstairs. When they got downstairs Felix was talking with Julie. "I wonder why Felix is talking to Julie for?"Costa inquired. "I don't know" as they went in. After they talked Julie went back upstairs. A few hours later Criss was outside getting something from his Viper when a cab pulled in. He looked and saw a girl with sunshine blond hair and brown eyes. "Wow she's gorgeous" Criss muttered. Then he saw the bell man was having trouble with the luggage so Criss went to help. "When did you become a bell man magic not paying that much" the bell man joked. "Would you rather I leave and you can put all this luggage on that?"Criss asked.

"Can't you take a joke Angel?". After they did the luggage Criss got the door. "Welcome to The Luxor"Criss said. "Picking up some extra money Mindfreak?"she asked. "Can't a guy help a loving lady out of her cab". "Well I'm going to need something that's in the trunk if my luggage didn't damage it" she said. Criss looked and leaning against the taxi was a wheelchair.

Criss got it and opened it as the lovely lady got in it. "Thanks Angel I'll have to repay you for your kindness" as she went in. Wow tough and spunky that's a great combination in my book Criss thought as he went back in. Upstairs Julie was putting her winning photo in her portfolio when a knock came to her door. She answered the door. At the door was the girl from the taxi. "Minnie I'm so glad to see you" giving her a hug. "It's nice to see you can I come in?". "Sure roll on in," Julie said as she came in. "So how was the flight?". "Uneventful but you won't believe who helped with my luggage and my wheelchair Criss Angel"Minnie remarked. Julie's eyes almost bugged out. "Wow Mr. Mindfreak himself I guess he's trying to earn a little extra money outside" as they both started to laugh

That night Costa invited Julie and Minnie down for a double date with Criss and him. Up in his room Criss and Costa were getting ready. "So is there anything I need to know about Julie's sister?"Costa asked from the bathroom. "Only that she's in a wheelchair"Criss replied as he picked out a shirt to wear. "Did you say wheelchair?" Costa said making sure he heard Criss right. "Yea it's a chair with wheel hence the name wheelchair" Criss replied. "I hope I don't say anything stupid" Costa stated. "So what guys do that from time to time I've done it myself"Criss said as Costa came out of the bathroom. "I just don't want to embarrass myself with Minnie. She's the reason Julie may not stay in Las Vegas and I really want her to" Costa stated. "You really love her don't you". "Yea when I met her I just felt this connection and I just hope we can make a relantionship"Costa stated. "Well let's not keep these lovely ladies waiting" and they left. Downstairs Julie and Minnie were all ready sitting looking at the menus when Costa and Criss came in.

"Hello ladies"Criss said. "Hey guys I hope you don't mind but we order you some drinks" as the guys sat down. "Thanks Minnie this is my older brother Costa" Criss introduced. "You must be the guy who my sister has a crush on" as they shook hands. "Julie doesn't talk much about you I wouldn't of guess you were in a wheelchair"Costa stated. Strike one Criss thought. "I'm sorry I-I-I didn't mean to say that"Costa replied. "It's all right Costa I'm use to it" Minnie said. "She sometimes reminds me of you Criss. She doesn’t give up. She doesn't like second place she wants to be first as much as possible"Julie stated as Minnie blushed. After they ordered dinner the salads came. "So Minnie what do you do for a living?" Criss asked. "I'm an advocate for the people with disabilities I make sure restaurant are wheelchair accessible and they have menus for the blind" she replied. "Better keep Felix away from you"Criss joked as everyone chuckled. "So how did you become wheelchair bound"Costa asked. "Costa"Criss said. "It's all right Criss I don't mind talking about it. I was in a car accident with Julie a few years back. They said I could of died if Julie wasn't there"she stated.

"Because when the guy hit us Minnie would of flown out the window but before we left I reminded her to put on her seat belt". Lucky strikes again Costa thought. "I was pinned so bad that my legs got crush and they were too badly damaged to save so they amputeed them". "What about prosthetics?"Criss asked. "Too much of my leg was taking off for me to have prosthetics but Julie has been a great friend and sister to me for that first year"she remarked as Criss and Costa smiled.

After dinner Criss and Costa walked or wheeled the ladies to their rooms. "Thanks for dinner Criss it was lovely" Minnie remarked. "You're welcome I gotta say what Julie told me about her life and what your mom did for her I can see why she cares for you so much that she's nervous about leaving you so far away"Criss stated. "She's always been like that since the accident she was my shoulder so to speak to lean on when I need support" Minnie remarked. "Well I'll see you later maybe I can show you around Las Vegas or something". "That's sound good Criss we'll talk later about it". She got the door and Criss held it so it wouldn't close on her. "Bye Minnie"Criss stated. "Bye Christopher"she replied and shut the door. The next day Criss was working on a few things when his mother came in. "Hey mom what's up?" he asked. "I was wondering how dinner went last night Costa told me you went out with him and Julie".

"Yea it was a double date Julie's sister came down and we had dinner that's it" he replied. "Costa told me she's disabled". "She lost her legs in a car accident and she's in a wheelchair but I gotta say she has this strength that I only saw in dad. Minnie works as an advocate for the disabled making sure they get the same rights as we do. She doesn't let what happen to her bring her down" Criss replied. "Like you did when you almost drowned doing Silverton the first time. You wait a year to fight that fear which you did"his mother remarked. "Yea even thou I got sick that day too I almost thought I was going to have a repeat performance of that"Criss admitted. Then a knock came to the door and Criss saw it was Minnie. Dimitra went over and got the door. "Hey Criss" she said wheeling in. "Hey Minnie mom this is Minnie Julie's sister"Criss said. "Nice to meet you Minnie" Dimitra remarked as she shook her hand. "It's nice to meet you I can see where Criss get his manners from," as Dimitra blushed a little.

"Oh Criss before I forget Costa told Julie you wanted to see the photo that she won with" and took it out. When Criss saw it he almost started to cry. "You all right Christopher?"Dimitra asked. "Yea I just got something in my eye" as he put the picture down. Dimitra picked it up and looked at it. "Oh my god!!"Dimitra stated as she sat down. "She told me when she took that picture JD asked her what she was doing and she just said I found love. The love between a mother and her sick child" she remarked looking at both of them. "I can see why she went with this" as Dimitra gave it back. "She wanted you to have it and Criss she's making another copy for you so you can have one too" she stated. Out on the gambling floor Minnie was doing pretty good at the black jack table while Julie was thinking when a knock came to the door. She went to the door and saw it was Costa. "Hey Costa what are you doing here I thought you'd be working with Criss". "Would you believe Criss wanted to spend some time with our mom so I was wondering if you wanted to take a bike ride out to the desert?"he asked. "Sure I would love too just let me tell Minnie where I'm going so she doesn't worry". "I saw her out on the gaming floor playing pretty good on the blackjack table"Costa remarked and they left. At the atrium Criss was treating his mom to lunch when he saw Minnie finishing up her game. "What are you watching Christopher?" his mother asked. Then Criss saw three kids coming in riding skateboards in the hotel. Criss saw Minnie was in their path. "MINNIE WATCH IT!!" Criss called out but it was too late the kids ran right into her knocking her out of her wheelchair and onto the floor.

Criss ran over. "Oh my board is trashed"one of the kids said. "Your board you guys just ran into a woman in a wheelchair"Criss stated coming over. "Who cares come on " and the kids were about to leave when Criss grabbed the skate boards. "Hey!" they both said. "Unless you guys want to be thrown out of here I'd leave these are mine now" and the kids left right before they flipped Criss off. Criss bent down and asked Minnie if she was all right. "I'm fine just some scrapes I can't believe you took their skateboards"she replied as Criss tipped her chair upwards. "They should be more careful beside it's against Luxor's policy to ride skateboards in the artuim"Criss replied as Minnie got back into the wheelchair. "Well I'll let you get back to what you were doing" and Minnie left as Criss put the skateboards in the production office. After that Criss went back to his mother. "Is she all right Christopher?" his mother asked. "Yea just some scrapes" he replied. "Too bad you didn't ask her to join us I'd like to get to know her" Dimitra said. "Honestly mom I never thought of asking her to join us"Criss replied.

"It's all right" she said as Costa and Julie came over. "Hi Dimitra"Julie stated as she gave her a hug. "It's nice to see you again Julie Costa". "Hey mom" giving her a kiss on the check. "Would you like to join us for lunch?" Dimitra asked. "No Costa is taking me on a bike ride"Julie replied as she gave Costa a kiss. "Well have fun and don't forget to bring your phone just in case". "I won't see yea" and they left. "Looks like it's just you and me mom" and they went into the restaurant. In the desert Julie was having fun with Costa as they drove around on his motorcycle. At a small diner they stopped for lunch. "Costa I got to say I'm having the best time with you" she remarked. "I noticed something last night it seems Minnie is falling for Criss"Costa stated. "I noticed that too but Minnie keeps her heart guarded. She's had her heart broking too many times because the guys can't handle being with a woman in a wheelchair" she replied taking a drink. "Almost like you. I got to say this but don't tell Criss I told you but Criss is the same way since he became famous. He doesn't know whether a woman loves him for him or that he's famous". "Interesting two people that guard their hearts"Julie stated. Then Julie's phone rang and saw it was Minnie.

When she answered it Minnie was crying. "Minnie what's wrong?" she asked a little scared. "I was taking a cab back to the hotel when the cabbie was car jacked the guy had a gun"Minnie replied. "Are you all right?" she asked. "I'm fine but he threw me out and took the cab with my wheelchair in the trunk. I don't know what to do". "Minnie where are you?"Julie asked as Costa saw Julie's hand was trembling. "In Sunset park Julie how am I going to get back to the hotel"she replied. "Let me see if Costa can get a hold of Criss or JD to help you" Julie said. "All right" and she hung up. "What happened?" Costa asked. "The cab Minnie was in got car jacked and her wheelchair was in the trunk now she stuck in Sunset park and she's scared Costa. Do you think you can hold of Criss or JD to get her before something happens to her". "Yea I'll give Criss a call" and took out his phone Back at The Luxor Criss was working on some paper work but his mind couldn't stop thinking about Minnie which drove him a little nuts at times. Then his phone rang and saw it was Costa. "Yea bro what's up?"he asked.

"Criss I need a favor Minnie is stuck at Sunset park the cab she was in got car jacked with her wheelchair still in the trunk" Costa stated. "Is she all right?" Criss asked. "Minnie's fine but she's scared can you get her before she gets mugged or worse?". "Yea" and Criss hung up. He grabbed the keys to his Viper and left. At Sunset park Minnie was under a tree while her heart pounded. Her phone went off and saw it was Julie. "Minnie Costa got a hold of Criss he's coming to get you so don't worry". "Thanks sis I'll keep my eye open for him" she replied. "Call me in fifteen minutes if he doesn't show up all right". "All right" Julie stated and hung up. "Now I see why you're nervous about living away from Minnie"Costa remarked. At Sunset park Criss parked his Viper and went looking for Minnie hoping she was all right. "Minnie" he called out. Criss got in and closed the door. "Are you sure you're all right you don't need to go to the hospital?"Criss asked just to make sure. "Yea just frazzled I've never gone through that before" she replied wiping the tears away. "Just relax we'll be back at The Luxor soon" and they left. As Criss drove Minnie was shaking a little so at red light Criss put his jacket over her. "Thanks Criss I just can't believe that happened having a gun pointing at you scared that you may lose your life". Know that feeling too well Criss thought as the first attempt of Silverton played back in his head. When they got back to the hotel Criss parked his car and picked up Minnie. "You know I could get use to this Criss"she said as Criss snickered. As they came in Felix was waiting there. "Is there something you like to tell me Criss?"he asked as Minnie tried not to laugh. "You're worse than my brothers Felix besides it isn't what you think her cab got carjacked and her wheelchair was in the taxi"Criss replied. "I wonder how he would feel if I move to another hotel" Criss thought out loud. "Julie thinks of everything" Minnie mumbled. "Minnie can we talk for a second about Julie?"Criss asked. "Sure" and Criss wheeled her into the production office. "What's up Criss?". "Well it's about Costa and Julie Costa has fallen for Julie since she came here for the photography competition but she's nervous about being so far away from you and I think after what happened today she may go back to Richmond and make her relationship to Costa long distance which I know for a fact doesn't work very well"Criss remarked. "Criss I know that Julie cares for me but you have to understand what she's been through emotionally"Minnie stated.

"It was good but I think it's time to go home to Richmond" Julie stated. "Julie I know we made a pact that we wouldn't interfere in our love life but I think you need to move here". Two months had past and some stuff changed in both Julie's and Minnie's life. They decided to keep dating Criss and Costa. Julie moved in with Costa but Minnie decided to get her own place but had sleepover at Criss's house now and again which made Criss happy. At Costa's house Julie was making breakfast while Costa was getting dressed. "Come on Costa breakfast is almost ready" she called out. Costa came out and smiled at Julie as she served eggs over easy with some toast and turkey bacon. "So how did you sleep?" he asked putting his arms around her waist and kissed her neck. "Costa cut it out I slept great now eat your breakfast" she replied. Costa sat down as Julie cleaned up the egg shells and the pans. "So what do you and Minnie have plans?'. Before she could answer the phone rang. Julie went over to the phone and looked at the caller ID.

"It's Criss" she replied. "If he wants me to pick up coffee again he's going to have to pay this time I'm not an ATM" Costa call out. "Hello". "Julie"the voice said. "Minnie what's up you and Criss have a sleepover last night". "Something's wrong with Criss" she replied. "What do you mean Minnie?" as Costa walked over. "It started last night he was complaining he was cold than around three I heard him throwing up now he's freaking out because he has blood in his urine". Don't let his body be rejecting the kidney Julie thought. "Minnie Criss has to be seen by a doctor. Take him in the emergency room". "He won't go he's scared can you and Costa come over and talk to him" she asked. "Sure" and hung up. "What's wrong with Criss why does he need to go to the emergency room?"Costa asked. "Something's wrong he had the chills, than puking now he saw blood in his urine. Criss thinks his body is rejecting the kidney so Criss doesn't want to go to the hospital". "Come on let's go talk to my brother and maybe knock some sense into him" and they left. At the hotel Criss was upstairs laying in bed while Minnie was in the living room when Costa and Julie came in.

"Thank god you guys came" as Julie gave her a hug. "Where's my pain in the butt of a brother". "In the bedroom now his stomach hurts" she replied. They walked in and saw Criss just laying there. "Criss what's going on why don't you want to go to the hospital". "I don't :mad: need too" he replied with his arm across his stomach. "Criss you're in pain let's just go to the hospital and have you checked out it could be a serve UTI" Julie suggested. "Or my body is rejecting the-god dam it- the kidney"Criss replied. "Criss if it is that they can probably stop it but we're wasting time just sitting here so let me take you to the hospital or do I need to call JD and mom". At the hospital Criss was on a gurney in a room while Costa waited with him. "I hate this what is taking them so-". Criss leaned over the side and threw up all over the floor. "Clean up in room five" Costa called out. The nurse came in as Criss laid there wiping the vomit off his mouth. "Not feeling any better Mr. Angel"the nurse said coming in. "He just threw up again"Costa said as the nurse saw the puke on the floor. "I'm going to get you some *Compazine and how's your pain?"she asked. "Better but my back hurts" he replied. "This coming from a guy who got run over by a steam rollar"Costa remarked. "Well the doctor wants a urine sample or do we need to cath you" she asked. "If you do I'm out of here"Costa replied. "I'll try"Criss said. The nurse helped Criss to the bathroom but Costa stood near the door just in case Criss needed him. They could hear Criss doing his business with a few 'F' bombs drops to boot. Criss opened the door enough that he handed the sample to the lady.

"Hmm nice shade of orange I'll get this to the lab" and the nurse left. "You all right Criss I don't think I've ever heard you drop 'F' bombs like that since you had that nail go through your hand"Costa said. Criss opened the door and held on to the door. "Can you just help me back to the bed" and Costa did. After some x-rays of his abdominals the doctor came in with an ultrasound machine. "Well I think we may of found out what's making you sick?". "Is his body rejected the organ?" Costa asked. "Well it does have to do with his kidney but his body isn't reject it. It seems Criss has kidney stones,". Criss was happy that his body wasn't rejected the kidney. "Let me just do an ultra sound on your kidney and see if you may need surgery or not"the doctor remarked. Criss lifted up the gown they had him put on as the doctor squeeze the gel on his stomach. He put the wand on and a picture came up. "There we go it seems a few of the stone are coming down the Urethra and you already got rid of one during that sample you gave us". "How long will it take to for Criss's body to get rid of the stones"Costa inquired. "God dam it"Criss said.

"Well since the stones are small enough that they're not block urine output we'll prescribe Criss some Compazine for the nausea and let the stones pass"the doctor said and left. "Oh this going to be fun"Criss muttered. "I'm going to call the girls and tell them what's going on" and Costa left. After a couple of days of Criss dropping 'F' bombs when using the bathroom the stone finally past. which made Criss want to do cartwheels which made Minnie giggle at the thought. Down in the atrium JD was in the office doing some paper work. God Criss's handwriting is like reading hieroglyphics sometimes JD thought as Criss came in. "I see we're feeling better today". "Yea and I swear I don't want to go through that again"Criss replied sitting down "How bad was it to pass little stones through your urinary tract?". "Compare that to what Lynn went through when she had Dimi"Criss stated.

JD laughed. "And the pain god I've never swore that much in my life" Criss stated. "Only if you count when that nail went through your hand"JD replied. "They went out but where's Costa I thought we were going to grab some breakfast" Criss inquired. Then Costa came in. "Hey guys I hope I didn't keep you waiting"he stated. "No Criss was just telling about having stones pass through his urinary tract was like childbirth"JD remarked as Criss laughed at the joke. "Let me make sure I have my phone Julie and I are having lunch later"

As Costa pulled out his phone a small box fell out of his pocket and rolled in front of Criss's feet. Criss picked it up and opened it. It was a ring with pink diamond in the middle shaped like a heart. "Costa this is an engagement ring are you going to ask Julie to marry you"Criss asked as he showed the ring to JD. "Nice cut beautiful setting Costa so are you?". Costa took the ring back and put it in his pocket. "Can we go?"he asked trying to avoid the question. "Not until you give us an answer are you proposing to Julie?"Criss replied. "Than order out because I'm not saying a word"Costa stated as he left. "And I thought you were the one with all the secrets"JD said to Criss as they left. During breakfast the guys tried to get Costa to tell them if he was going to propose marriage to Julie but he kept his mouth shut which drove them nuts. When they go back Julie and Minnie were talking to Erich and Luke. "Hey guy did you guys have a nice brother's breakfast?"Erich inquired.

"Yea you could say that" Criss said as he looked at Costa. "I invited the lovely ladies to see one of your demonstrations". "I've never really seen what you do Criss"Minnie said blushing a little. "And I've got my camera all charged up for those pictures I promised you"Julie added. "Well let's go" and theyall started to go outside when Criss stopped. "What's wrong Christopher?" Minnie asked. JD turned and saw a couple of photographers outside. "Let's go out the back way"JD suggested. "There's one problem with that the handicap ramp is being repaved because of cracks so this is the only way out for Minnie" Costa informed them. "Than I'll stay here you guys go" and Minnie started to leave. "Excuse me" and Criss went after her. "I guess Criss isn't ready to be seen with Minnie yet"JD said. "Minnie wait a second!!"Criss called out as he caught up to her. "Criss if you're not ready to have your picture taken with a disabled person I understand I'll just watch some television upstairs in my room" she stated.

Criss bent down to be at eye level with her. "Minnie I'm all right with you being in that wheelchair it's just I'm not sure that those photographers outside are going to be understanding as I am. I'm nervous about how people are going to react towards you or what they'll say about us dating. I don't want to see you hurt that's all" Criss remarked. Minnie smiled and gave Criss a kiss as a flash went off. "Nice picture but you blinked Criss" Julie stated as Minnie and Criss laughed. "Very funny Julie" Minnie said. "Well you're going to love me I send those photographers on a wild goose chase I told them I saw Kendra and her new hubby at the Bellagio"she replied. Criss got off his knee and gave her a kiss. "Thanks" and they all left

After the photographers left everyone came out. Criss helped Minnie into his Lambo as the others followed. As they drove Julie rolled down her window and took a picture of the Lambo as it went by. She showed the picture to JD and he laughed. "Remind me to send that to mom" Costa suggested. "That's bad Costa"Luke remarked. Then Julie started to take pictures of the guys and some of them started to act goofy. "I'm showing that one to Criss when we get there"JD remarked. "No the next one I'm sending to your wife JD"Luke replied as everyone laughed. In the Lambo Minnie grabbed Criss's phone and texted Julie. As everyone settled down Julie grabbed her phone and saw it was Minnie.

"Your brothers are acting like idiots and she has the pictures to prove it"Minnie told Criss. "Tell her when I see them I'm making doubles and sending them to everyone in the family including mom"Criss stated. As Julie waited for a text back she looked and saw a cheery red overate coming right at them. "OH MY GOD that car is heading towards us". Criss saw the car coming and pulled over but it was too late for the other car. The car which had Julie, Criss brothers, Luke, and Erich in it flipped twice and crashed as it skidded to a stop. "JULIE!!!"Minnie screamed as Criss watched like it was in slow motion as the car flipped and crashed right onto the highway.

After the car skidded to a stop Criss ran over as Minnie called 911. Inside the car JD woke up he felt pain go up and down his arm. "Everyone all right?"he called out. "Yea" as Luke felt blood coming down his face. "I-I-I think my legs are broking" Erich remarked. "Costa". Luke saw Costa but he was unconscious. "He's alive" Luke replied. "Julie". "Oh my god where is she?"Luke said. "Hey everyone all right?"Criss called out. "Criss Julie was thrown out"JD said. Criss looked around and a few feet back he saw her face down on the ground. Criss ran over to her. He checked to see if she had a pulse and she did. "Criss is she all right?"Minnie called out from the Lambo. "So far she has a pulse".

Minnie turned her head and saw smoke coming from the damaged car. "Criss the car's smoking!!!"she yelled. Criss picked up Julie carefully and brought her over to the Lambo and put his coat under her head. Criss than went into the trunk and took out an emergency kit. He grabbed something that looked like a miniature ax and went over to the car. Inside Costa started to wake up. "What happened?". "We were in a car accident just stay still Costa"JD said coughing a little. "JD you've got blood on your lips". JD looked at his hand and saw it had blood on it. "Christopher get us out JD's bleeding internally!!" Luke called out. Criss went over to one of the windows and used the ax to break the window. Criss took off his shirt and used it to lay over the broke glass. He went in. "How's everything?"he asked crawling in. "Erich might of broken his legs, and JD coughing up blood" Luke replied. "Where's J-u-lie?"Costa asked. "She was thrown from the car but she's all right, so just relax Costa. Erich can you move?". “NO!”. "Luke help Erich JD can you move?". JD nodded as he started to cough.

"Come on but slowly". As JD came out the ambulance and the fire department showed up. JD sat down as the paramedic looked him over. "He's coughing up blood I got a woman over on the side that was thrown from the car and I got three more in here one might have both his legs broking and another one that's just regain consciousness"Criss told the paramedics. They loaded up JD as two more ambulances showed up. Over near the Lambo the paramedics checked out Julie. "Is she all right?"Minnie kept asking her. "This one needs a chest tube her lung is collasped"the lady called out. "Marcy I got a laceration to the scalp and eyebrow, a possible concussion on another patient". "Get her loaded up!". Criss just watched them as they loaded up his friends and family. "Sir are you all right?"the man asked Criss. "I wasn't involved I saw the whole thing"Criss replied as the paramedic sat Criss down. "I might have a person in shock" he yelled out. The female paramedic came over as he checked out Criss. "Yea he in shock bring him with you"the lady said as the officer talked to Minnie. "The car was just driving so fast when Criss pulled over the corvette just went straight at them before we knew we were watching the car going up and flipping than landing like that" she told the officer.

"I'm sorry to interrupt but we have to take your boyfriend in he seems he in a bit of shock". "I can understand two of the people that were in the car are his brothers"she replied. "Since you can't drive this car back I'll give you a ride to the hospital and have this car taken to your boyfriend's place of living" the officer stated. "Just have them bring it to The Luxor he lives and works there"she replied. The paramedic did a double take as they put Criss in the ambulance. "That's Criss Angel the Mindfreak I can't believe I didn't notice him and his Lambo neither"the lady said. "Thanks for the Id Marcy I'll give Felix Rappaport the heads up that his star may not be able to work tonight"the officer remarked as she left.

When word got around about the accident every news station got to the hospital. At the hospital Criss was being treated for shock while Luke was sitting with him. "How you feeling Criss?"he asked. "Better they said I was in shock how's the rest of the crew" Criss inquired. "Erich is going to be in a wheelchair for a while both of his legs were broking, Costa has a concussion and few broking ribs, I was the lucky one just some laceration that needed stitches". "And JD and Julie?". "JD had internal bleeding so he's in surgery and I don't know about Julie"he replied. The nurse came in with Erich. "I hope you don't mind a roommate" the nurse remarked as she and other ordeal rolled Erich in. "More the merry"Luke replied. "Nurse one of the injured a woman her name is Julie do you know anything? “Criss asked. "I'll see what I can find" and they left. "How's it going Erich". "This is a pretty room"he replied. "Someone's a bit loopy from the pain medicine"Criss said as Luke giggled. Then Felix came in. "Hello guys”he said. "Hey Felix" Luke remarked. "Criss what happened?" he asked. "A cherry red corvette cut off the car that had, JD, Costa, Erich, Luke, and Julie and it went into the air than flipped"Criss stated.

"But Criss helped get us out before something happened"Luke replied. "Well I talked to the doctors Costa is staying overnight for observation, JD is out of surgery they took out his spleen and repaired his knee cap". "And Julie?"Criss said. "She's in surgery to repair her pelvis, her ankle and a tear in her liver,"he remarked. "And two vertebras in her neck and back". I shouldn't of moved her Criss thought. "It seems the only two that are going to be discharged are Criss and Luke"Felix stated. "Thanks Felix I just want to see JD and Costa before I leave"Criss said. "All right" and he left. Back at The Luxor Minnie was sitting in his suite when Criss came in.

"Christopher thank god you're all right". "Thanks Minnie" as he sat down with a sorrow look on him. "What's wrong Criss?" she asked. "It's Julie she had two broken vertebras in her neck and back and because I moved her with out thinking I might of paralyzed her"Criss said. "Christopher do she have feeling below her bellybutton". "She just got out of surgery so they didn't know I just feel so guilty that I might of put her in a wheelchair for the rest of her life"he replied . "It's going to be all right Criss" and she gave him a hug

That night Minnie decided to stay with Criss so he wouldn't be alone. As she slept Criss got up and paced around the living room as thought of Julie being paralyzed and him causing it ran through his mind. When the morning came Minnie woke up to find Criss wasn't laying next to her. "Christopher"she called out as she got into her wheelchair that kept on the side of the bed. When she came in Minnie saw Criss sitting in the window sill looking at the view. "Criss how long have you been out here?"she asked. "I don't know I just couldn't sleep thinking that I may of paralyzed Julie" he remarked. "Criss stop torturing yourself you saved her life by getting her off the road before someone who was either texting or not paying attention did more damage to her". "I shouldn't of moved her Minnie I didn't know she had two broking bones in her back and neck Costa always told me never move a person with back and neck injured they need to be as still as possible"Criss replied as tears fell down his face.

"Christopher she was unconscious she couldn't tell you her back or neck hurt so if there's possibility that she's paralyzed it's not going to be your fault" Minnie stated. "Doesn't make me feel any better Minnie I need to clear my head I'm going out"Criss remarked and left. The next day Criss went to the hospital to visit his brothers but to see Julie. As Criss drove his mind kept playing back the accident and how he handle it. Please don’t let Julie be paralyzed I’ll never forgive myself if she is Criss thought as he pulled in. In their room JD was watching television but he couldn’t enjoying it since Costa in the next bed was snoring. “I swear if we weren’t in hospital I’d kill him” JD said. “I can come back later” Criss said coming in. “No come on in,” and he did. “Grab a chair” JD said and Criss did. “So how you feeling?”. “Good I can’t wait to get home how are you I heard you went into shock”. “I feel like I’m still in shock the doctor told me and Luke that Julie had two bones in her neck and back broking. JD I picked her off the ground and brought her over to my car so she’s be all right. I’m scared that I might of paralyzed her” Criss stated.

“Criss you had no choice it was neither move her or have her get run over hurting her more” JD replied. “But if I did I’m going to think it’s my fault” Criss replied. “Christopher if god forbid it is don’t let it get to you. After seeing his brothers Criss went to see Julie. As Criss went up in the elevator he was nervous that Julie was paralyzed. When he got there Julie wasn’t there. Criss was about to ask the nurse where she was when he heard the toilet flush. Coming out with a neck brace on and an IV pole was Julie. “Hey Christopher” she replied getting into bed. Thank god. “So I see you injured your neck”. “Yea have to wear this thing for a while too” showing Criss a back brace under her gown. “You got off easy JD had to have his spleen remove, Costa has a concussion, and Erich broke both of his legs” Criss replied. “What about Luke?”. “Stitches when do you think you’re going to get out”Criss wondered. “It’s up to my doctor” she remarked. “All right I’ll let you relax talk to you later”Criss replied. Criss gave her a hug and a kiss than left.

As Criss was waiting for the elevator his phone started to vibrate and it was from JD telling him he needed to come back to his room ASAP. Criss took the stairs as his worst fear were flying through his head. When he got there Costa was gone and JD was sitting in a chair with tears coming down his face. “What’s wrong?”Criss asked. “It’s Costa I was sitting here talking to him when all of a sudden he started to have a seizure so I called the nurse they stopped the seizure and took him away. They just told me he need brain surgery because of a clot that broke and went to his brain causing the seizure” JD replied. Oh my god. “I called mom but she’s not answering her phone how’s Julie?”JD asked changing the subject. “She’s not paralyzed but now I have to go back upstairs and tell her Costa is having brain surgery” Criss replied. Upstairs Julie was on the phone with Minnie.

“Seriously Criss was afraid that he might of paralyzed me no wonder Criss looked like he won the lottery when I came out of the bathroom” she replied. Minnie laughed. “Well I’m glad we’re not going to be sharing wheelchairs” Minnie joked. Then Julie looked up and saw Criss. “Got to go,” and hung up. “Forget something Mindfreak” she asked. “I wish but I have to tell you something that you may not like to hear” as Criss sat on the bed.

“What are you doing back Criss?”she asked. “It’s Costa he was just rolled into the operating room”. “What did he start to bleed internally did he need his spleen removed too” Julie asked. “I wish it was that simple but a clot broke off somewhere and it up to his brain causing him to have a seizure. They have to perform brain surgery on him”Criss replied. Tears started to fall down Julie’s face. “Criss I can’t lose Costa!!!” she said as tears fell down her face. “I don’t want you to I’m going up to the surgery floor and wait for some information all right and when I find out I’ll come down and tell you I swear” as he wiped the tears off her face. “You promise”she said like a little kid. Criss nodded and gave her a kiss on the check. When Criss got upstairs to the surgery floor his mother was there with George and JD. Criss gave his mother a hug. “Have you heard anything?” Criss asked sitting next to his mother.

“Nothing yet” JD remarked. “This is so nerve racking wondering if your child will live or die or have brain damage” Dimitra remarked as she wiped the tears from her face. “Aunt Dimitra relax Costa will be all right” George stated. “Yea mom if he can survive seeing some of the stuff Criss does he can survive brain surgery” JD replied as Criss tried not to laugh. As the time passed Criss started to pace as George brought JD back to his room to relax. God what is taking so long Criss thought . The elevator door opened and Criss saw Minnie coming out. “Hey” as Minnie gave Dimitra hug. “Thanks for coming Minnie how did you find out about this?” Criss asked. “Julie called and told me about Costa so I asked Felix to get me cab but he did one better and had a private car take me here so I can be here for you and your family” she replied. Criss walked over and gave her a hug.

“Remind me to thank Felix” he remarked. “He wanted me to tell you that Believe is cancelled for tonight so you don’t have to worry about it”. “That was nice of Felix to do that for you” Dimitra remarked. “Have you heard anything about Costa?”Minnie asked. “Nothing yet god this is scary wondering if my brother is going to live or die” Criss replied trying not let the tears fall. Minnie gave Criss a kiss and told him that everything was going to be all right.

“Thanks Minnie” he replied. “Mom do you remember that pray you said when dad was in the hospital” JD asked. “Yes JD I always say it before I go to bed and when Christopher does those life threaten stunts” she replied looking at Criss. “Why don’t we say it for Costa?” JD suggested. “I only know it in Greek” Dimitra said. “Don’t worry Dimitra I took Greek as a second language in school” Minnie replied holding Dimitra’s hand. Criss took Minnie’s other hand than took JD and JD took his mothers as she said the pray in Greek

After they finished the doctor came out and told them Costa was all right. “Thank you very much” and the doctor left as everyone smiled and breathed a sigh of relief. Criss looked at his watch and saw it was two in the morning. “Why don’t we go back to the hotel and come back tomorrow” Criss suggested. “Do you think we should tell Julie and JD about Costa?”. “George it’s two in the morning they’re probably asleep” Minnie remarked. “I guess you’re right Minnie maybe we should wait until tomorrow” and everyone left. As Criss drove home with Minnie in the car her phone started to beep. She picked it up and saw it was Julie. “Criss it’s Julie she’s texting me” Minnie replied. “What is she saying?” Criss asked. “She wants to know if Costa is all right”Minnie remarked.

“Tell her Costa is fine and we were going to tell tomorrow” Criss replied.

A few days passed and Julie, and JD were coming home but Costa had to stay a few extra days. In his office Criss was going over a few things as Minnie came in. "Hey baby what are you doing?". "Just figure out a few things like what this secret is that Julie told you"he replied. "Criss just forget it you have your secrets I have mine so when are Julie, JD, and Erich coming back". "JD and Julie are coming home in a few minutes but I talked to the doctors Erich developed cellulitis so he had to be put on IV antibiotics for a few more days" Criss replied. "Well I'm glad that Julie and JD are coming home". "My mom will be too she's keeping calling asking me how my brothers are doing" Criss stated. "I talked to Julie she says that Costa doing good he has a bit of numbness in his hand but the doctor says that normal considering how long he was on the table for"she remarked.

Criss looked up as a car pulled up. "And I think the wounded are back" as he came out. When Criss came out JD and Julie walked in JD and Julie were still a bit sore but happy to be out o f the hospital. "Hey bro it's good to see you how are you?" giving JD a hug. "A little sore but I'll survive"JD replied smiling. "How are you Julie?". "Good that I don't have that neck brace on it got itchy when I would sweat all the sweat would just deposit right around my neck" itching it. "What about the brace?"Criss asked. She lifted up her shirt and showed them that she was still wearing it. "When I start PT I get to take it off but until than I got to keep it on"she remarked pulling down her shirt. "Too bad about Erich I heard he got cellulites in his legs"Criss stated. "Yea his toes look like sausages it was sick"JD replied. "Well why don't you two go upstairs I have two rooms for you to relax in until both of you can be alone"Criss stated. "Come on Criss my wife can take of me"JD replied. "Sorry guys doctors orders"Minnie stated. "Beside the fact your wife is in New York with Dimi JD" Criss reminded him. "All right I surrender"JD stated as Criss gave them the keys. When Julie got to her room she laid down slowly on the couch as she looked at the ring Costa gave her. (FLASHBACK) While Criss went to talk to Minnie Costa took Julie aside out of ear range and sight of the rest of the pack. He got down on one knee and popped the question which she happily accepted. "Now when we get to the warehouse we'll tell everyone the good news all right" Costa remarked. "All right" and they went back. (PRESENT TIME) I guess we'll just have to wait a little while longer Costa, she thought. A knock came to the door. "Who is it?". "It's Criss" he replied. She got up slowly and got the door. "Hey Criss what's up?" she asked. "I just wanted to make sure everything was all right and to give you your pain medication the doctor sent it over with JD's" he stated giving it to her. "Thanks Criss" she remarked.

"Also what is this secret you and Costa have?"he inquired. "Sorry Criss Costa wants to tell you and JD himself" she stated. "All right I'll see you later". After Julie closed the door Criss started to smile he noticed that on her ring finger was the ring that he saw Costa with before the accident. I was right I was right as he went to the elevator

A few more days went by and Costa finally got to come home. When he got to The Luxor JD was waiting outside for him. "Nice to see you back bro" giving him a hug. "It's good to be back where's Criss and the rest of the crew"he asked looking around. "Criss got roped into a meet and greet and your girl Julie is at physical therapy with her sister so why don't we go in" and they walked in. As they walked past the production office JD told Costa he forgot something". JD and Costa walked in and it was dark. JD turned on the lights and everyone yelled: WELCOME BACK. Costa had a smile on his face as Criss walked over to give his brother a hug. "It good to have you out of the hospital" giving him a hug. "Me too"Costa remarked.

"You scared us Costa we almost thought we had lost you"Banachek said as Luke rolled him over in a wheel chair. "Well first I need to tell you guys something where's Julie?"he stated looking for her in the crowd. "I wasn't kidding about her physical therapy she tried to change it but couldn't"JD replied. "Well I guess you know that Julie has been hiding something and it's something I wanted to tell you guys-". "Relax Costa we figured it out you popped the question to Julie and she accepted"Criss stated. "Did she tell you?". "No but I saw the ring that fell out of your pocket that day on Julie's finger so I put two and two together"Criss replied smiling. "Well anyway congratulation bro and we hope you and Julie are happy together"JD said. "Now let's have some cake". After therapy Julie and Minnie came back and saw Costa waiting for Julie in the atrium. She ran to him and hugged him like he came back from war. "I missed you so much Costa"she muttered as tears fell down her face. "I missed you too sweetie" as she kissed him.

"This is so sweet"Minnie said coming over. "Did you tell Criss and JD about the engagement?"she asked. "Criss figured it out when he saw the ring that fell out of my pocket on your finger" he admitted. Julie just looked at the ring and smiled. "Why don't you two go upstairs and relax"Minnie suggested. "Come on Cost she's started to sound like Criss a little". Costa chuckled and Julie and Costa went upstairs. Before everyone knew it was time for Costa and Julie's wedding. Julie had asked Minnie to be her maid of honor while Costa had asked Criss to be his best man which Criss happily accepted. In her suite Julie was getting ready looking at herself in the mirror. "Julie you look great"Minnde replied. "I-excuse me" and ran to the bathroom with her hand over her mouth. In another hotel room Criss was helping Costa with his tie. "God I'm so nervous" Costa stated. "Well relax before you know it you'll be at the altar watching Julie walking down in her wedding dress" Criss remarked.

"Too bad mom couldn't be here". "Blame mother nature for sending a level two hurricane to New York and New England,"Criss remarked. "But don't worry Aunt Popi and Aunt Stella is videotaping it for her". In Julie's room she was still in the bathroom when Minnie knocked on the door. "Julie you all right in there" she asked. "Yea come on in. Minnie opened the door and saw Julie sitting on the toilet with tears coming down her face. "What's wrong butterflies going crazy in her stomach" she asked. "I'm pregnant Minnie" Julie inquired. "Are you serious?". Julie showed her the test. "I thought it was just nerves but I'm three days late and I've never been late so I bought the test and I decided to take it now" she said. "Than what's wrong you and Costa are going to have a baby that's something I can't wait for". "I'm scared Julie what if I turn out to be my mom and treat my child the way she tearted me" she said. "Julie don't worry about that". "Minnie I have to tell Costa this I need to see him"Julie remarked. "Just settle down let me call Criss's suite first" and went to get her phone.

In his suite the guys were having pictures taken when Criss's phone went off. "Excuse me" and went to the phone. "I thought you had an answering machine with that phone"JD replied. "I did until Hammie knocked it over and destroyed it. Hello". "Hey baby it's Minnie I need to talk to you for a second face to face". "Yea sure I'll be right down"Criss said and hung up. "Excuse me boys the maid of honor needs some help". "Just no making out in the broom closet please" Costa called out as Criss left. When he got to the room Criss knocked on the door. Minnie answered it. "Thanks for coming Criss" she stated. "No problem what's wrong". He came in and saw Julie pacing. "Julie's thinking of calling off the wedding" Minnie stated Criss walked over to Julie and sat her down. "Julie why are you thinking of canceling the wedding for". "I'm having second thoughts I'm scared". "About what that you're not going to be a good wife or you don't think Costa loves you". Julie looked at Minnie. "Tell him what you found out" Minnie stated coming over.

"You can't tell Costa Criss but I'm pregnant". "So you're going to cancel the wedding over a baby you should be happy that you're making Costa a father"Criss replied. "I'm afraid Criss that I'm going to turn into my mother and do what she did to me as a child" as tears fell down her face. "Julie ever since you and my brother met that day at the photograph competition I could tell Costa loved you. Even through all the stuff that happened, me going through kidney failure, you and Costa involved in that accident you two seemed to grow stronger so don't let this miracle scare you into giving up Costa"Criss remarked. The guys got into position but in the back of Criss's head he wondered if Julie would go through with the wedding or would she leave Costa at the altar. When Julie got there she was trying to figure out if she was ready for a child that she was now carrying. "You all right Julie you look like you're ready to pass out"sMinnie said as Julie sat down. "I'm scared out of my mind Minnie I don't know if I'm ready to be a wife and mother" she replied. At the altar everyone was waiting. "Where's Julie?". "Is she running late?". Oh :mad: she's going to bail Criss thought but Minnie came down. Criss walked over as Minnie whispered something in his ear. "Are you serious all right" and Criss went over to Costa. "Where's Julie?"he asked his brother. "She needs to talk to you before you get married" and they went to the artium where Julie was waiting. "What you're making me nervous" as he sat next to her. "I'm pregnant Costa" she remarked. Costa got up feeling stunned In the chapel Criss watched as Costa stoo there. "You all right?"she asked. "Yea I'm just in shock I can't believe that I'm going to be a husband and now a father"he replied and hugged Julie "Julie I'm excited about this news but before we tell anyone let's get married"Costa remarked. "All right" and they went to get married. After Julie told Costa she felt better about the baby. The wedding went good until Criss couldn't find the rings. "Criss this isn't funny!!"Costa remarked. "I'm not doing this on purpose Costa I swear" he replied. Minnie went into her pocket and took out both rings which made Criss red in the face. Minnie gave the rings to Costa and Julie but the ring didn't fit Costa. "What's going on here?"someone called out. "Hold on there's something engraved on this Criss I think this is for you"Costa stated. Criss looked at the ring. The engravement said: CHRISTOPHER WILL YOU MARRY ME. Julie looked at Minnie as she blushed.

"I'm so sorry I must grabbed the wrong ring" she said. Criss put the ring in his pocket as everyone laughed. "Here use this until we get the real ring" JD said giving them his wedding ring which was a little big. After they were pronounced husband and wife they kissed which made the crowd cheered. At The Luxor Felix let them have the reception there as a wedding gift. Up in her room Minnie found Costa's wedding ring. Then she heard someone clear their throat. She looked and saw Criss. "Criss what was you doing here?"she asked. "Julie told me you were up here and I thought I'd give you that answer you wanted" he remarked kneeling down. "So you want to marry me?"she asked as she felt tears roll down her face. He took off a ring he had on and put on the engagement one. Minnie gave Criss a hug. "Why don't we go downstairs and celebrate" and they left. When they got down Julie was getting ready to throw the bouquet but she over threw it and Criss caught it as he came in the room with Minnie. "I see Criss is the next bride to get married" George called out as everyone started to laugh.

Criss gave the bouquet to Minnie who was trying not to laugh. "Would you like Minnie to catch the garter Criss"JD called out as Criss went to get a drink. A few months went by and Criss was asked to be on the cover of a Las Vegas magazine. Criss asked Julie to take it since she did owe him that. Minnie went to the photos shot and gave Criss a cool leather jacket which Criss loved. "You ready Mindfreak" she called out. "All right" and they took some photos. "How's Junior"Criss asked as he took a drink of water. "Good you'll love this when we told your mom I swear she looked ready to faint"Julie stated. "She actted the same way when I told her about Minnie and I getting married"Criss replied. "Settle down in there "Julie stated patting her stomach. "Baby trying to get comfortable in there"Minnie inquired.

"Yea she's being doing that latley"she remarked. "Did you say she you're having a girl. Costa must be thrilled"Criss stated. "When we told your mom. She informed us that when you and Minnie have kids you better give her a grandson". Criss almost spit out his water as Minnie tried not to laugh. "Let's finish this before I'm delivering my niece"Criss replied. After it was over she showed Criss the pictures. "The camera loves you Christopher" Minnie remarked. "How about this one" pointing to one. "Criss that was the first photo we took". "I guess your nickname still holds true Lucky" Criss stated as they looked at the picture.
