Any and all breaches of a user’s account must be reported to SUCK?CE$$ immediately to protect the integrity of the user as well as SUCK?CE$$. If you cannot perform them for actual people we will decline your submission. • Your talent must be creative - taking an old or established plot, or a marketed effect and changing it does not make it worthy for the SUCK?CE$$. While the plot may be a classic or already established, some form of creativity and new idea must be present in the effect. Your presentation must also not violate any laws, regulations, statutes, or discriminate in any way. Your submission must also not be threatening or harassing in any way and cannot be obscene or adult in nature as SUCK?CE$$ is viewable by all ages, including minors. Users submitting any files or programs containing viruses or any malicious code will banned permanently and reported to the authorities. • Production quality - make sure you take pride in the work you accomplish, using a webcam to film your effect is ok but if we can't judge your presentation because of lack of production quality, we will decline your submission. Your submission should not be too long, or too short. It should flow naturally and not have breaks. We will not select any material we deem to be too long or too short. • Submissions must be original - do your research! We will require crediting for anything you have not created yourself on the video. • By submitting any media, you agree that you own the intellectual property in the content of said media, that it does not infringe any copyright or other intellectual property right of any other person or entity, that is does not violate any local, city, state, federal or any other law, ordinance, or statute, that the description you provide is not incorrect, inaccurate, or misleading in any way, or that the media and its content are not fraudulent, copied, stolen, or illegal in any way. If your submission is determined to be in violation of any laws or these Terms of Service, your account may be disabled and any earning associated with your account will be held until a resolution to the satisfaction of SUCK?CE$$ is reached. You also agree that in no way shall the submission create a liability for SUCK?CE$$ or its affiliates in any manner. • You agree that SUCK?CE$$ is under no obligation to you to publish or sell your submission. SUCK?CE$$ reserves the right to refuse any submission in its sole discretion and without providing any reason for the refusal. Furthermore, SUCK?CE$$ is not responsible for any and all losses that you may occur from the submission not being published. As a submitter to SUCK?CE$$, you agree that we may use your submission at any time to promote the site in any matter or medium. Any submissions immediately become property of SUCK?CE$$. • You agree that SUCK?CE$$ cannot and does not guarantee any confidentiality respecting the content you submitted. By submitting to SUCK?CE$$, you agree that you are granting an immediate and permanent license to use your content. This license is unending and irrevocable. • Any material submitted that is found to promote, sell, solicit, or in any other way seek funds shall be automatically rejected. This includes any commercial purpose for anything outside of SUCK?CE$$. Users found doing so may be deleted and banned from the site. • You agree not to harass, intimidate, or contact SUCK?CE$$ or its users with any unsolicited messages. These Terms of Service and any rights or licenses granted here cannot be transferred or assigned to anyone by the user, however they may be assigned without limitations. • You agree not to download or distribute any material from SUCK?CE$$ without authorization. Material shall include all media associated with the site and any affiliated or third party sites. • Users agree that SUCK?CE$$ is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of any content.
